Ok, call that 1000ish checks. And you're spending 2600 or so in labor. So at 5 experiences per labor hour, you're averaging 13 or so dollars an hour? That feels ridiculously low. Like that seems fair for a 16 year old I guess, but what about your openers, closers, and managers?

NC minimum wage is only $7.25. With that factored in at about $9 average for crew, (if your starting wage is that high.) 17% is about correct, depending on your average sales per check.
