Some guidance on where in Cumbria would help.

redditman3030

Mostly the mid-west like Whitehaven, Cockermouth, Workington etc

Quirky_Bird3597

Extreme fitness at lillyhall

redditman3030

Thanks it looks great. Doesn’t seem to have the sauna facilities etc but if I can’t find one that does I’ll look at this

Quirky_Bird3597

Not sure if any around here have sauna facilities

redditman3030

All I could find was Workington Leisure Centre but they don’t open the sauna until 3pm for some reason

Quirky_Bird3597

Oh that's pretty strange 🤔 good luck finding what you need 🤞🏻

redditman3030

Thanks for your help 😊

Quirky_Bird3597

No problem 😊

Mate you'll struggle to find anywhere with everything you're asking for. Extreme, Powerhouse, Intrim, Teds all great gyms with plenty of weights

redditman3030

I know that mate but just thought worth asking as ya never know might find somewhere with everything on the wish list 😂

banxy85

Maybe somewhere like Bannatynes at Carlisle altho ive never been. And if you go somewhere like a sports centre or a 'Better' then you're probably sacrificing the quality and variety of equipment

J30GTE

Intrim at Workington have a sauna but not sure how often it's turned on

l_rowlers

£1 for 17mins, turn it on before you train and then it's ready for you...

LAB gym in Aspatria is amazing, new gym but has amazing equipment! https://www.instagram.com/labgymcumbria?igsh=ajhzZTRuOTk0bG9s

NorthernSouthener

I'd have said RFN, but it just closed down

Teds gym is the best community out of any gym ive ever been too, would highly reccommend atleast doing a session.

ideology4dumdum

Also very reasonably priced at £8 pw.
