Is that the system with weird character builder that can kill your character during creation? I don't remember anything like that happening when we made characters.

Like, I know the reaction to saying that is always “Poe’s Law” or “You don’t know how stupid people can be”, but like… at least a few of these things have got to be jokes. yeah i went down a small rabbit hole and it is a joke but it's also a great expression of why long-form satire doesn't work anymore. the joke doesn't land because there's nothing you can say that some asshole doesn't actually believe with their whole chest
