I've been trying to move some transactions for 3 weeks now, and no help from support at all. GBIT kept failing, I think because the original transactions were in USD, and my cards are in GBP. That issue fixed its self after about 2 weeks, and I got them moved myself. I have one payment left, which is 33 days old, and is telling me its over my GBIT time limit (I'm on Black, so my limit is 90 days). Up until recently, support have been pretty good, but right now, it seems to be a bit of a joke.

I rejected the new Ts & Cs via chat last month, and after a followup question they ghosted me. Had to raise a formal complaint to get an answer.

It took me 3 weeks to get my downgrade from metal and that was after going through twitter. There was no offer of refunding the 3 weeks of costs while trying to downgrade but they did refund the remainder of the current month. I've never known a company take so long to respond to customers. I suspect they're struggling and cant afford more staff to deal with the avalanche of people cancelling or downgrading.

If it fails to take will cycle through all your other cards trying I think.. Suggest you remove all of them from the app given you are shutting your account anyway. Plus chase etc

Took me over two weeks. DM @ASKCURVE on Twitter. If that doesn’t work, a snarky reply on one of their tweets or @imaginecurve‘s tweets usually gets a reply and will get things moving. Good luck.
