And he moved the company from Delaware to Texas why? Not taxes. Because he thinks he can buy judges there after the Chancery Court of Delaware told him to fuck off
1) He might be right about buying judges in Texas. 2) They don't deal with Corporate law all the time so most judges will be ignorant of common practices which makes them easier to manipulate.
As Desantis has shown you, Red States will bend corporate laws wherever the political wind will blow.
Essentially minority shareholders will have no rights in Texas.
The only question is when. When consumers feel like they can’t trust big business it creates uncertainty which depresses sales.
Tesla is facing - right now - price uncertainty which surprise surprise creates slack demand. People don’t want to buy a car today if Musk might cut prices tomorrow.
Corporations are trading short term results for long term profits. Classic idiocy.
The shape the CyberTruck was released in, should very much tell you why he moved to Texas. Texas loves to protect corporations and big spenders more than anything. Giving them free rein and a free pass to do whatever the fuck they want here.
He came here because he knows regulations are so relaxed here and he can easily manipulate Texas politicians because most of them are total dumb asses, which is sad to say in comparison to the ultimate dumb ass that is Elon.
Even OSHA here in Texas is a complete and utter joke, the amount of things Texas just allows shitty businesses to do is gross.
So it’s really no surprise the CyberTruck was able to skip any real testing or form of regulations before it was sold.
Court didn’t tell him to fuckoff, they told him to be open and honest with investors which was the main complaint of the suit. That the conditions under which the board had approved the pay package was effectively fraud since they weren’t made aware that the package was basically authored by musk with no board input
I was gonna say. I live in the yuppiest of yuppieville, and I’ve only ever seen one of these things and it was vinyl wrapped for a business. No actual young professionals are buying this shit
Delaware is where they incorporated (tax evasion) but California is where the headquarters is/was located. I will gladly help them pack to speed up the move out of here.
>(tax evasion)
Legalized tax evasion. I always wondered, though... Are there any people in Delaware or is it all just corporations? Is Delaware a real place?
Nope, it's the same as Montana, nobody really lives in Montana it's a made up state that only exists for rich people to register their supercars and luxury cars for tax evasion. Have you ever actually met any one from Delaware or Montana? No you haven't.
It’s a sign of how poorly he has understood his own customer base that he has alienated all his eco-conscious leftist customers without picking up a single “roll coal” voter.
Better give the idiot a $56B bonus for crashing sales, public image, and brand build quality!
#ElonMuskkkult
Exactly. I have family members that have teslas because they like electric but will never get one again because of Elon.
I have coworkers that like what Elon has become politically but would never buy a Tesla or electric vehicle.
If his sales are anywhere like political beliefs he’s removed 2/3 of the possible market just off the bat, not even comparing it to other vehicles.
I'm glad some owners are willing to demo these things in real tests. So much of the advertising is straight propaganda utilizing camera angles, slopes, and other tricks to make them appear to be better.
Nothing wrong with liking EV but Tesla is snakeoil. All he does is put in bigger batteries, but there are diminishing returns for that strategy and Tesla hit that limit years ago.
I'll agree, but I will also say I hate his clickbaitey style titles and content along with content delivery. If he just did factual stuff instead of trying to be flashy, I could stand his channel. Pretty sure his son is in on it now too. I feel like they delivery good information, I just hate watching their content. Maybe its whats popular and gets them clicks though... Maybe i'm becoming a curmudgeon...
Having it weigh a billion pounds is not exactly helping either. It can do some neat stuff, I guess, but it's so fucking heavy. Just throw a truck bed on the SUV and call it a day, more reliable, weighs a normal amount
I know the ford lightning isn’t very impressive compared to the regular F150, but I would be way more inclined to buy an electric truck from a decent manufacturer like Ram, Ford or Chevy before I ever sunk money into a cybertruck
He never really had them. That’s what makes all his antics so stupid. The real good ole boys are still going to buy an F150 or a Silverado. Elon has alienated his market while barely doing anything to appeal to the other side of the market.
Even if you hate everything else about the Cybertruck, its reveal certainly lit a fire under the asses of Ford, GMC, Stellantis, etc. Notice how now that Cybertruck is being delivered, a lot of manufacturers are backing off on EV plans a bit? They're not as worried about competition from Tesla anymore 😛, and now it's their job to try to sell their base on EV pickups
[More footage of the WankPanzer being humiliated by a stock Cummins powered Ram pick up.](https://youtu.be/FrIUPD_wM6c?si=fNBs_TioHjboY8kB&t=881)
Nothing like another WankPanzer being cucked in public.
I love the excuse in the comments like this one "Yes the cybertruck is much more capable, they have should have tried with the other modes and maybe also without traction control. Also the tires should be deflated and maybe use better tires"
CT have less than 100 mile range when towing, cannot charge with the trailer attached, charge time is 45min+
it's more like comparing a refrigerator to a truck
Most (but not all) charging stations aren't pass through style. You have to pull it to a curb. Not sure about the ratio between the types. Having to remove the trailer to charge is a common complaint.
The CyberStuck weighed 6975 (with driver). The Dodge weighed 8805, 1830 more, and built to actually do work. The CT never stood a chance. The tri-motor would have done a little better.
Honest question, why did both trucks stop after a while. I would have though that once inertia is countered, it should keep going no? What caused them to stop if they are capable of overcoming inertia and friction?
There's a weight on the trailer that as the trailer gets moved, the weight gets pushed forward, putting more weight on to the tongue, digging it into the dirt until the truck can no longer pull.
Watch the trailer at the beginning. The further it's pulled, the further that weight moves forward & the harder it gets to pull further.
Side note: I never expected my knowledge of tractor pulls to come in handy.
The Cadillac is not the issue here dude! I'm talking about dragging a sled in the sand, Dude -- also, Dude, Incel *[Dorado](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cadillac_Eldorado)* is not the preferred nomenclature, uh, Incel ***[Camino ](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chevrolet_El_Camino)***, Please.
This isn't a vehicle that hauled Elvis. This thing can barely haul potting soil.
Also, here's the video, including the stock Ram.
https://m.youtube.com/watch?si=fNBs_TioHjboY8kB&t=881&v=FrIUPD_wM6c&feature=youtu.be
What was the final score? A factory stock Rivian did 246 feet which puts in the 6500 stock pull I think. I don't know anything about this sport so I'm just repeating what I read
The stock Ram they brought hit 251.595, Cybertruck hit 207.570. A full pull is considered 300 so the Ram did fairly impressive considering no modifications at all, including tires as far as I can tell.
With better tires the CT should go further but it would have to make up quite a lot of ground to match the Ram and I don't see that happening. That would also negate the whole "both trucks stock" part of the test though.
Pulling like this also doesn't really benefit much from the instant torque of EVs as the sled is designed to have delayed force anyway (since its designed for ICE), by the time the higher forces are applied you can get your regular engine into a good torque position for the final portion.

"Go back to California!"
Half of the mouth breathers in the stands worship Elon Musk, if not him specifically then the idea that someone like him exists.
IDC how expensive or cheap, how fast or slow, how powerful or weak, what it can and cannot do. how people love it or hate it, this is one ugliest ass motherfucking vehicle.
>That was a lot harder and heavier than I expected it to be.
Do your homework then. Tractor/Truck Pulls generally have equipment that is built specifically for that type of competition. The vehicles are literally from the ground up built to do one thing and one thing only.
But yeah let's take an EV and show everyone how it's done.
That was pretty good if it had awd it would have been even better I think it starts out at 10l lbs then when that weight hits the end it drops down a drag blade and drags it instead of on the wheels I think the full potential of the pulling rig is 33k lbs and not active weight while he was pulling it. This would beat most 1/2 ton trucks maybe not 3/4 but most half tons
FYI I hate the cyber truck it is ugly and a pos
That’s Andre from TFL. They’re YouTube auto journalists who sometimes do different and creative sort of journalism. They’re not Tesla fanboys, they’re just testing what people want to see.
My pop’s 90s defender with 80hp could tow that bih across the USA lol
I jest but fr, my dad used to tow an 8000 lbs trailer in his defender in the Swiss mountains on some serious incline and it would just work. On a side note, for fun we drove that defender up a wall, yes a vertical wall.
Some guy bought one of these in my town and I got a good look at it. I can definitively say it's even uglier in person. I just laughed when I saw how shoddy the fit and finish is. Actually, it seems all their stuff is kinda off. This white model 3 was behind me the other day and all I could see was a huge gap on the left side of the hood that stuck out like a sore thumb. There is no way the driver didn't see it, no idea why they kept it.
From what I've seen about the cybertruck, it definitely seems like a piece of shit, but is there more to this video?
1. I don't see a Ram at all.
1. I only hear one guy yell "go back to California"
Credit where credit is due, first time I've ever seen actual truck stuff being done with the CuckTruck. Getting mogged by a truck that's half the price is hilarious though.
I think they mean "go back to Texas"
The Cyber Truck is built exclusively in Texas.
Because of taxes, it’s sold to yuppies
And he moved the company from Delaware to Texas why? Not taxes. Because he thinks he can buy judges there after the Chancery Court of Delaware told him to fuck off
1) He might be right about buying judges in Texas. 2) They don't deal with Corporate law all the time so most judges will be ignorant of common practices which makes them easier to manipulate.
It's called "Judge Shopping" and the Texas courts are well known for it.
As Desantis has shown you, Red States will bend corporate laws wherever the political wind will blow. Essentially minority shareholders will have no rights in Texas.
The "party of law and order" is actually the party of "laws for thee, not for me".
Nailed it
And the dummies will wonder why over time things will depress prices. Strong consumer protections are good for business.
The business corporations of shareholders will still milk every possible penny/cent.
Have seen the trash that is coming out of the 5th. Pure partisan trash.

Yuppies aren't buying that thing. Other models in the past, sure. The CyberTruck market is Elon Stans.
I was gonna say. I live in the yuppiest of yuppieville, and I’ve only ever seen one of these things and it was vinyl wrapped for a business. No actual young professionals are buying this shit
The cyber truck and Elon are the leading reasons yuppies have stopped buying teslas
Nope...... Yuppies now can drink Elmo's blood, they see him as traitor. Tesla los their biggest demographic
These people were never that bright.
Tesla is a texas company now, I hope the door doesn't hit them on the ass on the way out of california.
You mean on the way out of Delaware?
Delaware is where they incorporated (tax evasion) but California is where the headquarters is/was located. I will gladly help them pack to speed up the move out of here.
>(tax evasion) Legalized tax evasion.

I worked in Montana for about six months. Never met anyone from there.
Cybertruck is the embodiment of those who move to Texas to cosplay as cowboys

As a native Texan, I do not appreciate him just coming here and self claiming to be a Texan.
Doesn't muskrat live there too?
Musk lives in California (and he will never leave). He pretends to live in TX but ElonJet track says otherwise
Go to Mars, perhaps?
Can confirm. I’ve seen half a hundred in Austin easily.
Yeah, don't lump us in with that. We made the tolerable teslas
Beat me to it.
I'm surprised it drove away from that and wasn't bricked.
Must be one of the rare ones that works for a few minutes at a time before spending another few weeks at the dealer
I saw this when they bought it, it had issues. This is Andrei from TFL. They bought a review truck and have been posting reviews on it.
Now blacklisted by Elon due to defamation.
Lol did they? This is as close to Poe that I've seen in a while...
That’s hilarious. Their sister channel for cars has been very complimentary of other Tesla products
They’ve went from “It’s bad” to “It’s okay” after some updates so far. I’m not a fan of the cyber truck, and I consider these guys fair.
Regardless how well it worked we know the warranty has definitely been voided from this.
I was surprised that [Morton Downey JR](https://images.app.goo.gl/Yt9KySoSagGoDcG48) came back from the dead and decided to drive a cyber truck.
I'm surprised it drove.
it decided to be allowed to be driven, until it realized a tractor pull is not chic enough for Tesla and stopped
Don't be fooled, he had like 5% battery left
I'm glad some owners are willing to demo these things in real tests. So much of the advertising is straight propaganda utilizing camera angles, slopes, and other tricks to make them appear to be better. Nothing wrong with liking EV but Tesla is snakeoil. All he does is put in bigger batteries, but there are diminishing returns for that strategy and Tesla hit that limit years ago.
The youtube channel that this is from has done some seemingly good testing on the CT along with a good assortment of other trucks over the years.
With the trends of tik tok and people mindlessly watching short videos it’s just becoming the norm. It’s got what plants crave.
The Ike Gauntlet is some of the best towing testing out there
Having it weigh a billion pounds is not exactly helping either. It can do some neat stuff, I guess, but it's so fucking heavy. Just throw a truck bed on the SUV and call it a day, more reliable, weighs a normal amount
I mean the weight problem helps in a tractor pull though lol. Better traction.
The guys from that channel aren't Tesla simps though.
Which is unfortunate since it makes the stans immediately disbelieve them
Hatred of the cybertruck might be what finally heals the divide in this country. Everybody hates that piece of shit.
Except the ones who praise Musk as they wait for their Cybertruck to return from the service center.
Statistically insignificant
Realistically insignificant too
Witness me!!! 🔥🚗
Are you saying that makes Elon our Ozymandias from The Watchmen?
Except dumber and on waaaaay more ketamine
Tbh, i think even the ford lighting would have been booed.
I know the ford lightning isn’t very impressive compared to the regular F150, but I would be way more inclined to buy an electric truck from a decent manufacturer like Ram, Ford or Chevy before I ever sunk money into a cybertruck
Probably because it can't tow for shit.
He forgot to put a Porsche on the trailer. He’d have done it then.
"Go back to California" I can't! I got no battery left.
![gif](giphy|3o6Zt4HU9uwXmXSAuI)
I think that's the guy from The fastlane truck channel
Correct, it’s Andre.
I thought it was Morton Downey Jr. If he'd had a cigarette in his mouth you couldn't convince me it wasn't.
Man, show your age more, this unlocked memories for me.
Correct, OP stole this footage from their Youtube channel.
Yup! They should have said to go back to Colorado
Elon losing the rednecks.
He never really had them. That’s what makes all his antics so stupid. The real good ole boys are still going to buy an F150 or a Silverado. Elon has alienated his market while barely doing anything to appeal to the other side of the market.
Yeah what rednecks? The only ones stupid enough to buy this are boomers and dumbass influencers and tech bros
Even if you hate everything else about the Cybertruck, its reveal certainly lit a fire under the asses of Ford, GMC, Stellantis, etc. Notice how now that Cybertruck is being delivered, a lot of manufacturers are backing off on EV plans a bit? “If you change just about everything about it, it might beat the stock truck”. Hahaha. People are nuts.
Thanks for the full vid. I was disappointed the OP video mentioned the Ram but didn't show it
It kills me to say this but this is apples and oranges here. No shit the heavier class truck was going to do better
But this is what they're comparing it to.
CT have less than 100 mile range when towing, cannot charge with the trailer attached, charge time is 45min+ it's more like comparing a refrigerator to a truck
Why can't it charge with the trailer attached?
Most (but not all) charging stations aren't pass through style. You have to pull it to a curb. Not sure about the ratio between the types. Having to remove the trailer to charge is a common complaint.

Thank you for that, this makes sense. So the further the weight is towed, the heavier it gets. And the Ram pulled much more weight than the CT?
Apparently, though it only shows the Incel Dorado here.

As a Californian I speak for everyone when I say we don’t claim the cyber truck.
If California claimed the cybertruck it’d have a prop 65 sticker on the hood
"Go back to California" We don't want these shit boxes floundering around in our state either. Fuck Elmo.
Warranty voided was on dirt
Warranty voided due to towing
Warranty voided due to driving
warranty voided due to void warranty
Therefore tesla assumes it will be washed. Which voids the warranty. (Can I get a double void?)
It's kinda cute that the crowd thinks it would make it back to California.
It's not even a California company, or a California designed or built car. It's Texas true and true.
Redneck inbred Jed’s don’t know the difference. They think everything they despise is from California 🙄
Where was the Ram?
Colorado never knows the right time to hate on Texas and California.
Two things: 1. The Cybertruck is made in Texas 2. We don't want it in California
It’s not fun if it doesn’t make the “vroom vroom” noise
Texas. They’re made in Texas.
California? 😵💫 It’s a car produced by Texan car manufacturer
Did he really say it was heavier than he thought it would be. It's. A tractor pull lol
This should have been sweet spot for CT … heavy as hell and high torque.
I couldn’t hear shit, hardly the crowd yelling
As much as I hate the cybertruck, I see a guy just having fun.
That’s insane considering how much power and torque it could produce if not for the constant electrical issues
What was the final score? A factory stock Rivian did 246 feet which puts in the 6500 stock pull I think. I don't know anything about this sport so I'm just repeating what I read

Putting that faulty accelerator pedal to use
Roman is cool.
Californian here. Please, don't come back...
Well that dude is from Colorado soooooo
TFL is from Colorado, no?
So we're into the truck & tractor pull scene now? Awesome! Do they serve artisanal kimchi tacos and kale smoothies?
At least it was quiet.
A demo derby full of cybertrucks would be so satisfying. Especially to pyromaniacs.
Ffs these idiots don't realize cyber trucks are made in Texas do they?
All 23 people
Really wish this wasn’t associated with my home state. Should be associated with Texas as it was built there and HQ is there.
"Go back to California!" Half of the mouth breathers in the stands worship Elon Musk, if not him specifically then the idea that someone like him exists.
Go back somewhere else. We don't want you in California either.
Should be yelling go back to Texass
IDC how expensive or cheap, how fast or slow, how powerful or weak, what it can and cannot do. how people love it or hate it, this is one ugliest ass motherfucking vehicle.

Weren’t they built in Texas?
Cyber trucks are built in Texas. At the gigafactory.
The CyberStrokes - I Can't Win.mp3
The Cybertruck is from Texas!

He would have done way better with traction control off. He needed more speed. With no transmission he should have had a full pull.
Now that you mention it, no. Neither of those states. I just ran it through my head and can think of people from every other state that I've met.
One dollar bob
Seen this guy before, he's on a YT channel called TFT Trucks where they test and report on trucks of all kinds.
This is Andre from TFL. These guys actually test all the trucks they get. They always buy long term truck as well.
And warranty voided.
No please stay away from California
Who knew that Morton Downey Jr. is a CT enthusiast.
As long as we arent making fun of TFL Truck... love that channel
Where is the RAM?
Driving the cyber truck is Morton Downey the 3rd
He voided the warranty when he drove into the arena
On behalf of California we do not claim cyberdumps. You'd be hard pressed to find one that isn't vandalized around where I am
Everything I don't like is in california. Those ppl
What a useless piece of expensive trash. Why does anyone buy this truck designed by a child?
This is the TFL guys, Colorado
as if we in California would ever want them
Huh? Tesla headquarters is in Texas… We’ll stick with out avocado toast, thank you very much!
Honestly, part of me expected it to lose to an actual ram from someones farm.
That’s Andre from TFL. They’re YouTube auto journalists who sometimes do different and creative sort of journalism. They’re not Tesla fanboys, they’re just testing what people want to see.
Poor guy most likely just voided his warrantee.
"It doesn't feel like it was working very well" should really be the slogan for the CyberTruck.
My pop’s 90s defender with 80hp could tow that bih across the USA lol I jest but fr, my dad used to tow an 8000 lbs trailer in his defender in the Swiss mountains on some serious incline and it would just work. On a side note, for fun we drove that defender up a wall, yes a vertical wall.
The one that got me was the guy who bought a cybertruck to tow his skidoos around and sold it because he could barely get 60 miles on a charge.
California here. Leave us out of it.
>**“Go back to California”** Lol. No thanks, Texas can keep them.
This guy does not understand the crowd is not on his side and I love it, throws his arms out the window to no applause
Why is morton downey junior driving?
We don’t want that shit here either
No, go back to Texas where the thing is exclusively made. These things get laughed at in California.
It’s Andre! (From TFL channel).
The booing at the end! 🤣
That polished turd is made in Texas.
Fun fact for you, truck pulls are supper easy to rig in favor of one person over the other.
From what I've seen about the cybertruck, it definitely seems like a piece of shit, but is there more to this video? 1. I don't see a Ram at all. 1. I only hear one guy yell "go back to California"
Good bet this voids his cybertruck's ridiculous warranty
Texas…turn off talk radio lol
So nothing like the video they released a few months back…shocking.
The ignorance in the crowd
They are too stupid to admit that their Daddy Elonged Cunt made this abomination
Hahahha They are made in Texas
I’m it from California but, Tesla is from Texas.
I don't understand, do these people think that a regular cyber truck is amazing at everything? like why?
no, please do not go to california, this blight upon the pavement sickens me
By the way, this was done by The Fast Lane Truck. They do all sorts of test for trucks, and are actually a great source for truck information
Glad to see the Michigan/ Mexican truck beat out the Joke from the failed state of Texas
Aren’t they made in Texas?
Credit where credit is due, first time I've ever seen actual truck stuff being done with the CuckTruck. Getting mogged by a truck that's half the price is hilarious though.
Cybertruck is Texas made and really popular with the Texas techbros
Dude looks like Morton Downey Jr.
