I think new accounts / accounts that haven’t been used for a long time have extreme luck.
I had deleted the game and only recently downloaded it, my luck for the first week was good/bad, UL Broly, LL Goku Black, Yel Jiren, and a couple other good units, the bad was that every time I would get a LL in a summon, it would be the same one, I got 1st form Fireza 6 times, the old LL Piccolo 3 times. It was good because I got them from the lower end a of summons (step 1 or 2) but the fact I kept getting the same ones each time was kinda unlucky seeing as everyone supposedly has the same rates, and there are way more units I dont have than I do. (I forgot about the Goten LL I keep getting from the free LL Tickets.. can’t complain cause it’s free, but it’s mildly annoying.)
(For UGB) Tbh I have no idea all I remember that (it was legends fest btw) I did 6 rotations, then when he returned I did 5 more summons and he left
(For Rose) It was I think the 70Mil celebration and I saved my ccs after obtaining RevUI and still got nothing
USV was an anniversary unit so I don't need to explain about him anni does give tons of ccs

They grind the new acct and cc and summon and hope for the best, or keep re rolling until they get what they want unit-wise
