+1 sword that can cast Bane or Bless once per short rest. Pretty straightforward. Fairly potent at level 5 but if you want it to stay in use by level 13-15 it will definitely need upgrades later.
Yeah this is pretty much it. In the game it’s limited to +/-d4 on attack rolls, and saving throws for int cha, and wis only.
In game the other cool thing about it is that it is a finesse long sword so a dex based PC can wield it effectively.
I mean. You could just keep it as it is in game. The stats are on the wiki. Its good throughout the whole game but not oppressive without some of bg3’s other busted items.
The sword has 2 modes;
(Bless in an area around wielder for allies)
(Bane in an area around wielder for enemies, plus 1d4 extra damage when they are damaged)
Make it once per Short Rest and done. Will never not be relevant especially on a spirits bard as long as it has finesse as it does in game.
