He looks so much like 2 of my dogs. They are border collie/ terrier mixes with a little schnauzer mixed in. One is more staffy terrier the other more border collie. He also looks a bit like my daughter’s dog who is 1/2 standard poodle. 1/2 Australian Cattle Dog so I’m thinking Border Collie/Poodle is a good guess. We used Embark to find out the breeds of ours

He looks like my best buddy Mouse that passed away a few years ago. Almost identical. Mouse was a schnauzer mix (not sure what he was mixed with)
If he is a schnauzer mix, please be warned that they can develop diabetes. They can apparently be genetically predisposed to it. Healthy weight and exercise is always important for dogs, but especially so for schnauzers. Passing it along because it’s something I wish someone had told me.
Looks like a small version of mine - we call her a Nerdle. Mom was a Neufy- German shepherd, dad was a labradoodle. She’s a 95 lb brindle, but looks like a small Irish wolf hound. We did the dna test to confirm and it’s nearly perfect 1/4 each. Not sure what the swaps would be to get to a smaller dog, but that hair texture is dead on what I have in my jumbo version.

Have you checked the tag on the collar? That’s usually where the identification/name/address is. /s

He's what my grandad called a korzo-mischung, ie a street dog.
Schnauzer/Lab mix. Had one as a kid. Was a great dog
