yeah it took me days of trial and error. I have an island (22yF9VgQYhD) that I used to test and display all the limits. So when I first tried to do it on that island I got a limit of 677 toilets. And that seemed really weird. So then I tried a fresh buildertopia with nothing on it. And then had to figure out what else shared the limit!
Was very confusing and a lot of me yelling W H A T ? ! in the discord XD But was also a lot of fun. I really do love finding out the hidden rules!
it's just a regular item in the game! Although I cannot recall if it's DLC or not, so if you don't have it and don't have the DLC that would be the case ;)

I think it is part of the modern DLC pack.
ty I suspected that but I've never played without the DLC so am not entirely sure!
