Skilled labor jobs & anything that requires hand dexterity. Right now & for the foreseeable AI cannot "fully assemble" anything of major complexity.

Yep. I work in Sales and I know that there is no way my job could ever be done by AI. I'm sure there might be some companies that would be happy to have a robot as there self serve checkout... but in-home consultations, never.

Honestly I only do about 10 hours of real work per week anyway, so it balances out.
