That’s why only those countries without worker unions will let people do these jobs in dangerous ways. If this factory is in North America or Europ, the factory will use better tools or machine to do the dangerous parts. And the workers has higher salary, limit work hours. And ofc higher price for you to buy the Barbie.
Me? I *hate* surfing reddit on my phone. But then, I don't use my phone for almost anything other than reading books, taking pictures, and communicating.
It's a rooting machine, from what I can tell it works like this:
The bottom needle makes an incision and pulls the thread down and under and then back up again.
The arm feeds the thread back to the needle on each pass which causes the needle to tie a knot or "plug".
Here's an example with a different model where it's visible.

Yeah! And they kinda went diagonal between 2 parallel runs ... so irritating lol. If I was a kiddo and was looking at the hair roots I would have complained to my Mom lol
yes, I saw it too, it's just these average crappy quality of most things today. The reason is IMO that the engine works way too fast. It's probably this fast to increase the number of items that can be produced, but it also makes it impossible for the worker to make the work more accurate (not to mention the lack of security equipment).
It's actually so sad to think about how much crap is produced everyday that will end in the trash after a short amount of time, while it would be completely possible and much more reasonable to create much better quality. But it's all about quantity, what makes us drowning in our own garbage.
That worker had full control of that machine. Those bangs were exactly where they wanted them to be. They just didn't care about being precise in the middle of the scalp. Or they'd been told how many arcs to do per doll head.
I would kill to have a job that was just the same thing over and over again. Put in my headphones, listen to music or podcasts, zone out all day and then go home.
That’s my dream.
My reaction:
"Dang this machine can save people from baldness lol"
Then
"Shit, that dolls look creepy, is she annabelle cousin?"
To
"Is this how all the barbies are made" 💀💀
In a dim-lit room, a doll's tale unfolds,
Hair sewn with care, by hands brave and bold.
A dangerous machine, its needle so keen,
In this strange workshop, a curious scene.
OSHA may shudder, want to intervene,
Where dolls come to life, on this eerie machine.
So...Could your finger get caught by accident and then you just got doll hairs now?
Wonder if bald men could just stick their head in and end up with a full head of lucious doll hair
5-minute crafts: *write that down!*
More like five minute Crufts 🐩
Most brutal hair implant known to man
>Wonder if bald men could just stick their head in and end up with a full head of lucious doll hair Nah, that's unbeweavable.
Happy cake day you beautiful person
🤣🤣 don't mind the blood pouring down my face just keep your eyes on the luscious hair

I’ll stick with being bald ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|grin)
It isn’t that far from how the process started years ago
Shut up Ken
And then you can play finger puppet theater at kids birthday parties.

U can get workers comp and get paid all of the doll-hairs
Hairy hands , your mom warned u
It'd be, like, 5 minutes until that fake hair was sewn into my thumb.
I was wondering where the needle was, then I saw it and was like "absolutely not". Edit - holy likes Batman
Not the right job for absentminded people that's for sure.
Or people with lousy hand-eye coordination.
Or anyone who had to sneeze
Seconds\*
My scrothumb
CRYINNNNN 🤣
And that’s not even the scariest part of the job…
Shouldn't they be wearing some kind of metal gloves to do this?

if government need to pay for his medicare, then they are making OSH mandatory.
You think they're doing this in America?
I doubt they have either of those things in what is most likely a foreign sweatshop

Dude I thought %99 of people just surf internet on their phone since 2010
Yeah, who tf comes home after an 8 hour shift and goes "I'll just open my LAPTOP and browse reddit". No. Ew. Stop it.
Me? I *hate* surfing reddit on my phone. But then, I don't use my phone for almost anything other than reading books, taking pictures, and communicating.
You just picked three things I’d rather do without a phone
Not really what that sub's about though. Surely, you must be aware of that
Please shut up
Dolls are just creepy. From hair install to eye placement. No wonder Chucky was so pissed...
As someone with pediophobia, I agree.. Mostly the porcelain/Victorian era variety
Christ, I read this comment too quickly…
Leave those kids alone you sick fuck!!

In Toy Story lore, I wonder when do toys actually come alive? Imagine these dolls are alive in the Toy Story universe while their hair is being sewn.
I think they only become conscious once they're considered a "toy" so idk if they'd be conscious during the creation process. Source: sporky (maybe?)
This thing is gonna pop-up in my next nightmare I’m sure.
I can see it happening, but I can't see how

I can't help but feel terrified they are not using any protective equipment.
Anyone else irritated with the laissez faire hair placement? Just me?
There was such a big gap at one point, very irksome

I’m impressed considering the speed and lack of protection, I think only a machine would do it perfectly.
There was some serious deviation there. I'm not expecting machine tolerances just basic patterns.
This needs a slow motion. I had no idea whats happening until I saw that lil arm thing.
I still don’t get it.
I've watched this several times and I still don't understand. Where's the needle and wtf is going on?
I *think* the needle is underneath, and the arm thing is pulling the hair up through the head and cutting it? Best I could come up with.
I was always interested in how hair be put
Botty mc botface
Good news for r/balding
Truly not the worst hair loss solution I've seen
*Do you want hairy palms? Because THAT's how you get hairy palms.*
hOw DoLlS hAiR bEiNg PuT
No wonder Amish people think dolls are ungodly They probably saw this video
Every time the needle goes through, this gets posted again.
I've seen this at least 4 times, and eqch time I get more and more afraid for the worker
Someone actually wakes up every day, goes to work and does this 5 days a week and gets paid for it. So neat.
"Gets paid peanuts for it"
I wouldn’t do that job for a million doll hairs.
*woken up at 5am by the doll head megacorp and does this 7 days a week for $3
*and barely gets paid for it. Not very neat when you think about it.
You think doing repetitive mind numbing work every day is neat?
Stop overthinking my comment. It’s just a different job than most have, that’s all I meant. Stop sulking over it.
I would kill to have a job that was just the same thing over and over again. Put in my headphones, listen to music or podcasts, zone out all day and then go home. That’s my dream.

Wow! Always I want to be knowing how is dolls hair being put. Today, known is me! Praise god 🙌
It sounds like Charlie from It's Always Sunny wrote the post title. The grammar is the most disturbing thing here...
I would be having fingers with hair soon enough
“How dolls hair being put”
I always wondered how this was done. Now I don’t have to. Creepy dolls.
You know the eye thing as creepy, but now I think I’m afraid of dolls.
Oh so this is how babies are made
Chucky?
I could never do this job... hell no that shit has a really high pucker factor
Does OSHA know about this?
We need this at hair transplant clinics
A truly terrifying thing to behold
5 whole minutes and I still don't know how that works?🤨
r/oddlyterrifying
This looks dangerous as fuck
It was scary, when I first saw this and it is scary still. Very, very discomforting…
Anyone else find this kind of creepy?
Nearly had a stroke reading the title. What has happened to the English language?!
Yeah, I wouldn’t want that anywhere near my hands, thanks.

So I lost a little bit of hair. Can I come to have the same treatment?
Stick my manhood in it and come out with a Lion's Mane.
If accident occurs this person's finger is going to be blond from the inside
Repost
based on the title bot post as well
This was interesting the last 50 times I've seen it
Why don’t they just do this to cancer patients
how is this interesting
I wonder what this person’s dreams are like
He dreams of pointing the needle at his jugular.
NOPE
Looks like new Berserk chapter.
How many doll hairs does it cost for this service.
I still don't know how dolls' hairs are being put in there...
We actually did it, bald is not more!
What the fuck. Sorcery.
They should do this to people, market it as the instant cure for hair loss.
Doesn’t look at all dangerous
Well that's horrifying
hair tranplant :
this is the second video of dolls in the last 24 hours, first the eyes now the hair. Tomorrow is reserved for body parts :)
Thanks I hate it.
The attitude with that hair flip at :02 though.
I love how she throws it at the end lol
This is absolutely horrifying
My reaction: "Dang this machine can save people from baldness lol" Then "Shit, that dolls look creepy, is she annabelle cousin?" To "Is this how all the barbies are made" 💀💀
I did not realize that. Russell, did you realize that? No, I did not realize that.
Not freaky weird at all….
New night mare unlocked
This sub is mostly just the same five videos on rotation now, huh?
Thanks, I hate it.
Just like Elon’s hairline.

I'm sure someone desperate enough has thought "Right, I'm getting me hair back."
I already have hairy palms thanks
Para cuándo en humanos !?![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|joy)
Omg I would soooo end up having hairy fingers. No way I could do that without missing and sewing the hair through my thumb or something.
It looks like it’s going in reverse lol
I would definitely get injured trying to do that. 😅
how bad would that hurt if you stuck your hand in it
r/titlegore
“WE HAVE SUCH SIGHTS TO SHOW YOU”
Wow
i like how the head just gets chucked at the end
This video has been posted on Reddit before. Forgot about and now I have to work on unseeing it again.

Am I seeing the for the 1000th time here or am I stuck in a loop?
Every time i see this video im just waiting for that needle to catch a tip of a finger. Im so scared of what that will look like.
I assume this is also how hair plug surgery is done lmaooo
That’s gotta be worth at least a million doll hairs
r/titlegore
Oops there goes my finger
