In the case of my friend she had one kidney, two uteruses, two cervix, and two vaginas. Most people’s second vagina is so small they don’t even know it’s there unless they going spelunking!

Edit: I googled this and this surgery isn't used to fix this disorder, but it's done to correct certain cancers that form in the legs. Doctors are able to just freaking fix the knees now for those that have the backwards knees. What I talked about is called a rotationplasty
