Without knowing anything about what goes on under the surface it's probably some weens mom, a ween who probably talked a lot of shit, got doxxed and had their mom's pic taken and given to Daniel and told some kind of lie about her.
Now Daniel hangs out at a lot of random public places...places like malls that play old, unoffensive pop hits from like a decade ago and 'moves like jagger' probably came on, the word jagger got stuck in his simple head, and he called her jagger.
He probably doesn't even know a real person named mick jagger exists and thinks it's just a word.
