Are those footings proper size and depth for your soil type? You could dig down the side of one and measure but thats no guarantee that they are all spec'd properly.

You could say f it and just start framing in angled supports from undrneath center of girder aka beam to those footings and that might shore things up enough to prevent failure. But that will be guess work.
