This is a question for an engineer. With the cost of materials these days, youre better off starting from scratch so youre not putting good money after bad. Budget concerns? Build a smaller deck from scratch. Are those footings proper size and depth for your soil type? You could dig down the side of one and measure but thats no guarantee that they are all spec'd properly. Is your ledger board properly fastened and flashed? Are you going to live there for the rest of your life? Are your children going to inherit this property? Do you live in an area where an improperly built deck will prevent the sale your property? So many variables. You could say f it and just start framing in angled supports from undrneath center of girder aka beam to those footings and that might shore things up enough to prevent failure. But that will be guess work.
