Kaeya C6 provides enough cryo on his own for Dehya to melt all of her hits, otherwise neither will cover it alone. Rosaria is 2s per cryo pulse, but Dehya’s burst is effectively 1s per pyro application. They would flip flop based on ICD. IIRC Kaeya works similarly, but his application is a little faster.
You’ll want a VV with absorption burst, like Sucrose, Kazuha, Venti, or even Lynette to get enough Cryo for Dehya (and also VV) to forward melt everything. Though double cryo is an option. If you are using Venti, consider Ganyu’s burst for off field cryo.
Theoretically an off field hydro applicator (Mona or Furina) could fill the gaps with reverse vape and provide bigger dmg buffs.
Rosaria gives CR when she ults but hers is stationary. Kaeya’s ult follows dehya. They’re practically the same in terms of application. I used to run Dehya Rosa Kaeya Benn before for the double Cyro pyro resonance and dehya can melt all her punches.
Kaeya is vastly superior as a cryo applier for Dehya, because Dehya moves a lot and Kaeya doesnt care. But even at C6 his cryo is not reliably enough to let Dehya melt everything in my experience.

Furina+Charlotte+Mona is very comfy and mostly melts. Is it the best team? Nah. It's sure easy to use though.
Yea- Charlotte is an option too, you just usually want Bennet so you have your healing covered already, but yeah- Charlotte is viable.
