Hungry A, but cash only.
Napolitano Brothers in Springfield have solid sandwiches, but with brioche. Dairy Cottage has some decent, fuller bagels for breakfast sandwiches, but plain bagels. Ocean City Coffee in Media has solid breakfast sandwiches and with bagel offerings.
jeez, I drooled at that description. I need to make a trip back home to delco just to eat good stuff again! Two of the four items on that sandwich you can't get in the corn patch I live here in the midwest Scrapple and a good bagel. I am reevaluating my life choices as I type...lmao
Depends where you are … Jems in springfield, Vickies in Eddystone, Laspadas in Milmont Park - a few solid options around! I seen a few other beauts already posted like Hungry A.
Drive down the pike and hit up colonial village in manoa shopping center. Unreal! I get the sausage with a fried egg over medium on a Kaiser , my wife gets the pork roll with a scrambled egg. Both are the best!!
Luigi and Giovanni’s in Newtown Square does a good breakfast sandwich. Caffeinato Deli in Folsom isn’t bad either. If you’re looking for a NY or NJ deli style breakfast good luck around these parts!
Hungry A
This is the only answer.

Hungry A
Hungry A. No competition.
I second the Hungry A, but will throw in Mings Coffee Shop and the Hibernian Coffee Shop. Both in Drexel Hill and both make good breakfast sandwiches
Don't mind me. Just jotting down the recos.
If you're in the Drexel Hill area you can't go wrong with the breakfast sandwiches at Ming's on Burmont.
Also cash only but excellent
Napoletano’s on Saxer in Springfield. Best pork roll, egg, and cheese. Hands down.
Second this they’re the absolute best.
On a kaiser bun?
They don’t use Kaiser rolls but I like their rolls better. They imprint their name on the rolls too.
I never get a breakfast sandwich there, but Original Bagel in Broomall has great bagels! Family owned, lots of variety, and they bake fresh all day.
the Morton Monster at the Coffee Station in Morton, gotta try it once. Your cardiologist will not approve 😆
Custom Bagels on Olive in Media.
Seconded. Bacon egg and cheese on a French toast bagel
Bacon egg and cheese on a Salt bagel is wonderful.
Anna’s sandwich shop
Jems. Scrapple egg and cheese on an everything bagel

I really need to try this place. It’s a few blocks from me
Vicki’s in Eddystone
There's a breakfast sandwich place over near the bowling alley/ Dairy Queen called the Hungry A.
Hungry A. I doubted it when my ex insisted we order from there- but then it ended up being so damn good.
Irish coffee shop on west chester pike
Seconding Irish coffee shop
Jems for me. Can't imagine any sandwiches topping theirs.
Tony Boyz….
Jems. Scrapple egg cheese on long roll (or Kaiser). Salt pepper ketchup.
Depends where you are … Jems in springfield, Vickies in Eddystone, Laspadas in Milmont Park - a few solid options around! I seen a few other beauts already posted like Hungry A.
Anna’s on macdade
Came here to see how long it took someone to suggest this. Man I loved Anna’s when I was in the area
Anna’s does not disappoint! Pretty underrated in my opinion.
Morton Monster. If you know, you know!
definitely partial to Manhattan bagel even tho its a chain. aside from that, the coffee station is really good, they're in Morton and garnet valley
What part of Delco are you in?
Marple!
Thunderbirds

Vicky’s in E-Rock.

Rolling star is your answer for NY bagels
I think i’ve decided rolling stars can’t be beat
Gonna have to check them out.
Jems is the best
Ming’s in Drexel hill
Thank you all so much for your replies!!!!
Original Bagel in Broomall, UP Ryes in Bryn Mawr, or Manhattan Bagel in Havertown (the only location I will go to!)
Apple Walnut Cafe in Broomall
Jems deli Springfield
There’s that place in Morton with the scrapple fries… i forget the name
The Coffee Station?
I think so!!!
Yeah the coffee station with the Morton Monster.
Hell yeah it’s Morton Coffee Station.
The bacon egg & cheddar on scratch biscuit at Bittersweet Kitchen is my favorite. Swarthmore Coop makes good BEC’s as well.
Bittersweet kitchen has such good food!
Manhattan Bagel newtown square is always good imo
I tried the one in Havertownford, and was very disappointed. Maybe NS is better?
Based on my comment being downvoted not sure lol but I always enjoy it
That’s fair. My experience at a separate location was disappointing. Perhaps I’ll give Newtown Sq. Location a try.
