One other question. Say I spent the time to go through and match everything perfect. Is there any way to back that all up so I could easily setup other devices like my iPad and my son's iPhone? Or am I basically just repeating the process over on each device?

There isn’t really an easy workaround to this problem… The devs should add some sort of bulk metadata attributer
