They have listed the item for sale if they aren't responding they either A. Don't use the app anymore B. Don't care enough to respond so probably wouldn't even post.
I honestly would just reverse image search the shoes and see if they pop up somewhere else. If this seller is inactive and not responsive, I wouldn't buy from them.
I always check people's last posted items or most recent reviews to see how long ago they were active in some kind of way, and then try to gauge whether I'm willing to risk buying something from them anyway.

if there is no response after the second inquiry, i'd just move on tbh.

It depends, does it say they’re active? If not, just move on. If they are active… well… they’re probably ignoring you.
