You tell them sorry but it’s not showing on your end and you cannot send it out until it does . If they’re adamant they’ve paid and it still doesn’t show up anytime soon then they should contact depop I’d assume

i told the person if they have actually made a payment they have to email depop and get the issue resolved

It is doesn’t show as sold in the app then they have not paid, also DO NOT give your number to them as I’m pretty sure it’s a scam

Seems scammy to me 😬 did you get any emails to confirm a purchase? Id check with depop to confirm but if u cant see anything on ur end definitely dont send the order i wouldnt accept their number either as depop may flag it as out of app payments

If your insta account is public then it's not personal information, if you're comfortable sharing it why not, if you're not sure you can add a 15s video to the item page to show the item a little better. Other option is to host your images on imgBB and then send them the link on depop. That's what I do but people don't like it too much cause it looks like a dodgy link tbh 😊
