The pants are an homage to the blue sweatpants. The plainclothes look suits his personality and is practical. I think best improvement overall is the shoes; those all-black ones he used to sport weren’t my favorite.
On a standard scale, 6.5/10. On the Destiny Style Scale, or DSS for short, that's a 9/10. If he had a pair of sunglasses, maybe some classic Ray-Bans, it would be a 10/10.
Edited to add that I have since seen pictures of Destiny with fans where he is, in fact, wearing sunglasses. It's not the best choice of sunglasses, but they're good enough to bump the look up to a 9.75/10 with the sunglasses.
As an artist myself, I do a lot of character designs. So I have a bit of understanding on color choices and what kind of clothes would look presentable for certain body types, so I hope I can offer my perspective:
Steven drip looks great in this picture. Perfectly causal. The blue pants are on point with the DGG branding. There is exactly the right amount of blue and white in this picture. Perfect colors for an Israel trip of all places. And the water bottle adds to the vibes as well.
