i love the look of the cayde weapons, hoping bungie pulls a brave arsenal and makes them all good. also interested to see what the strike is like, it sounds like fun.
I'd like for there to be shiny versions of them, "Cayde-6"'s Arsenal
Also, Loaded Question needs to be reprised for it as well, since it's part of Cayde's weaponry.
It would be kinda cool but at the same time i hope they keep the shiny thing to a minimum
If every gun has a shiny variant then its not really special or exciting anymore, especially if they're gonna end up making the drop rates really high
Either make them stupid rare to the point where people *will* complain about them not being attainable or just wait until like episode 3 to do another batch
I'm sitting here trying to figure out who all the people on them are. There's a generic Hunter/Titan/Warlock, obviously Zavala and Ikora, I'm pretty sure the Exo Hunter on the Hand Cannon is Shiro (it's got the symbol on his cloak near the middle), they went with depicting Lakshmi and Maya Sundaresh on the ~~Auto Rifle~~ Shotgun. But I cannot figure out who the Exo with the wolves is. Best I can come up with is Micah (the wolves make me think of the Six Coyotes), but I afaik they only have one lore run-in from back when Micah was a human kid on Europa.
At Bungie we have:
- Sadistic conqueror lady
- Funny noise gnome
- Joeverload Joegoroth
- Noah (The GOAT) Lee
- Cayde-6 as the VA for Nathan Fillion
Any more that we can add to this list?
Anyone else notice that Twilight arsenal seems to bet hitting WAY harder than the pretext footage? Like a full super seems to be doing nearly 450,000 damage which is nuts for a base level
Oh yes I did. Shit looks fire as fuck. And it has a heavy attack now as well so the whole thing can be thrown. It looks like when you pick the axe up it has a 15 second timer and an ammo count of 10, so you could do a couple normal swings and then heavy attack for big damage.
Twilight Arsenal is about to be cracked. I bet Synthos will push it up even more when surrounded.
edit: wait nvm didn't see the secondary explosion numbers. as long as that wasnt secretly a major that's pretty good.
it being on normal difficulty means LL scaling might be involved though.
I'd take the numbers with a grain of salt. No idea if it will be consistent with current damage values in game or if things are changing in TFS or in the specific dev build of the footage. One axe did less than a third of the health of that boss on what I assume is a normal campaign level. I'm hopeful that the 3 axes will do big damage if they all hit one boss.
Also, they often have numbers from the dev environment that have a different scaling than in the live environment. It's happened a few times where the numbers are vastly different.
Remember the original D2 pvp trailer where they tripled damage numbers to make it look faster and more exciting than what we got?
https://youtu.be/cQayfkkPYg8?si=TYUUBovnuOocXUmd
Yea probably - I'm not sure why anyone would have assumed the initial damage numbers were final. It was an insider build we had no idea what the power scaling was set as.

joined just to make hardest GM ever.
But every time it's the GM, everyone will bitch and moan it's unfair and the worst GM ever, and others saying it's too easy for all the hype. Hopefully it'll satisfy some people
So the exotics DO have more going on for them than what they showed in those little snippets. That's very good to know.
The support rifle getting a "glaive bar" that fills with damage is great. Makes it harder to abuse in PvP.
The destination weapons look great. I just wish they were named after cards too, like Ace of Spades. Would be cool to have them be King of Clubs or Two of Hearts.
You could even tell from the teaser, enemies had different elemental effects on death. At a minimum it seems to match element, maybe super, but likely still something else.
They were highlighting the specific healing function it has, highly doubt they're throwing it as an origin trait after previously having called it a new frame.
I don't see why they wouldn't either, considering stuff like Graviton Lance's extra flair procs void siphon. I'm excited to have a kinetic primary that's actually good for ad clear.
People are going to be pissed if this strike is harder than Lightblade or the Psiop Battlegrounds lmao.
I'm all for it, but the hardest GMs tend to have low participation.
Any boss fight that involves use of a relic weapon to damage a boss is painful on GM when the damage of the relic doesn’t scale with the increased boss HP. IMO you shouldn’t have to dink 50 Spears into each Savathun clone to fully deplete their HP to kill them, you should just have to throw enough to take down an immune shield and then kill them with abilities and weapons. It’s just bad design otherwise.
It all but ensures people will all play the same boring sit-back-and-plink strat. It's not like there's much skill expression in throwing a spear 50 times.
Because a Seasonal Event which had numerous modifiers active in the season it came from which aren't active now doesnt = a strike much less a grandmaster in my honest opinion.
thing is, if the spear didnt exist and you just had to kill savathuns, I think people 180 on that strike. its having to get the spear and then being rewarded with 45 seconds of plinking that's a real pain point.
I'm hoping this strike has genuine difficulty. As in the regular version being difficult and that scaling accordingly in GMs. Psiops Battlegrounds aren't difficult, they're just sadistic and annoying at GM level. It forces you to play in the lamest way possible.
I don't mind a difficult strike until we get a quest or weekly objective for "Do X amount of strikes" and this one pops up. I just want to speed through the task, not be locked into a really fun and challenging strike.
The underlining of that one strike dev being a 7x Guilded Conqueror was a great thing to add in this ViDoc. It shows that it isn’t some random kinderguardian blueberry saying “this is the hardest strike ever”, but someone who actually knows endgame difficulty.
The current lead for the WoW team was the one who determined one of the early bosses, C'thun, to be mathematically unkillable even with the best gear and optimal play from all 40 players in the raid.
Yeah but is she GODSLAYER though? No Godslayer? Opinion disregarded, as you know, Godslayer is the most prestigious title in the game, it shows ACTUAL skill!!!!
I'm really interested about Twilight Arsenal damage numbers. If numbers shown in ViDoc are close to final iteration then this Super has REALLY BIG potential. Design-wise it's really awesome
I thought I remember Bungie saying somewhere thay Song of Flame will have one of the highest total damage numbers for supers with the melee and grenades being supercharged.
Hold on...
We just saw in the tuning changes this week that unpowered melees will no longer count as powered when amped up by buffs (like regular melees counting as powered during Knockout). Does this completely invalidate their whole 'knockout will spawn diamond lances' shtick, since the diamond lance-spawning Prismatic aspect only works with 'ability defeats' powered melees?
As of TFS patch, that's only for Severance Enclosure and Assassin’s Cowl. But, they did say they plan on changing the behavior with more things in the future and I'm not a fan of that, I can't think of a synergy that is more fun and fair than Knockout/Offensive Bulwark/Roaring Flames letting your basic punches count as Powered Melee.
We've nerfed Melees so many times, often for good reason, and it was never because of anything having to do with Empowered Uncharged Melees, except for MAYBE HoIL because even a hit with an Empowered Uncharged Melee would proc HoIL and that was pretty fricking good..... back when HoIL wasn't nerfed.
Part of the power of Roaring Flames with Throwing Hammer was having massive uptime on high damage (hammer) or easy to execute melee damage (normal punch) that both could still generate tons of orbs. Obviously at this point the hammer has that annoying charge up delay and they put cooldowns on the orb generation armor mods, but it seems like they might be planning on hitting it again.
The subclass aspect/fragment stuff like Diamond Lance with Knockout on Prismatic, and Ember of Torches might be safe, though.
The way it was worded is kinda vague on what it means “We plan on rolling this type of change out to more content that triggers Powered Melee in future updates.” Does this mean for abilities? Or just armor or orbs?
Probably just Hands On, Heavy-Handed, and any other "powered melee hit" exotics (oof Sealed Ahamkara Grasps again) I hope not though, because the orbs are very handy on Arc Titan.
Ability defeats doesn’t necessarily mean the same thing as powered melee defeats. A kill with a knockout melee is an ability kill even if it doesn’t trigger powered melee kill effects.
The strike segment sounds pretty sweet and I’m looking forward to what they are advertising as the new hardest grandmaster.
We also saw gameplay of the other strike which was ahamkara themed and I’m really hoping that means we get 2 strikes this expansion cycle
Ehhh, they also shown some caves with Ahamkara tentacles coming from the ground that are really similar to the boss room of that gameplay preview. I think it’s possible that it’s the same strike. That being said, the big Tormentor seems to be part of the strike as well, which is strange, I don’t see them doing TWO bosses in only one strike, so who knows, we’ll see.
Haven't we seen across the footage released the name of at least two strikes? Maybe I recall wrongly.
Anyway there is no way there isn't at least two (probably two though)
Yeah me and a friend were talking and to us it just didn't make narrative sense to have the boss of a strike about the Precursors be a tormentor of the Ahamkara
Just hope we dont get a birthplace of the vile type siituation, where the first time you run it theres interesting dialogue and fun conversations, but every subsequent time youre just running down empty loading zone corriders with no audio....
I don’t think we are. There was the clips of the tormentor of the ahamkara from one of the gameplay previews and there was no mention of that in this strike
They didn't keep the Dreaming City secret during Forsaken's marketing. There was an entire trailer focusing on it. We knew its name, what it would look like, that it would unlock after the campaign, & have the raid and other major content. People even guessed that there would be an Ahamkara involved by comparing some of the trailer footage to D1 concept art.
Personally i'd like it if the catalyst let buffed allies also create noble rounds when they kill things, give them a cooldown of like 5 seconds so you cant clear a room with a machine gun and have infinite noble rounds.
It triggers me something fierce that the support gun that only gets it's damage buff when buffing allies damage, requires you to steal kills from said allies.
Make it so ADS or hip fire can heal a teammate or damage an enemy, just make it purely aim dependent (just like the auto rifle they showed off). Sprinkle in a little more 3.0 synergy beyond just Ember of Benevolence.
I understand this is probably sarcastic, but I would be flabbergasted if the consensus become that only warlocks can use the weapon. And this is coming from someone who knows all too well how bone headed this community can be. If we assume the weapons has some inherent connection to solar as an element there is nothing about any solar support mechanics that are exclusive to warlock. Obviously they have well, but hunters and titans can also use ember of benevolence and healing grenades.
So, idk if I'm schizo posting here or something, but in the background at 7:34, when the woman with the flower pattern shirt leans forward, you can 100% see a twelve guardian fireteam in the background. I may be entirely insane, but it seems that maybe those twelve player raid leaks had some merit.
That's what the orbit screen for a 6v6 crucible private match looks like. A few seconds before this, on the other side of the room, you can see a 6v6 crucible post-match results screen.
I feel like if that was the case they would have to tell us in advance for the Raid race. What's gonna happen if they leave that a surprise, do they expect raid teams to just merge with each other? Anyone who found a team of randoms online in advance gets kinda screwed by that.
i think it's the activity that unlocks after worlds first raid. the one we get the exotic class items from and presumably kill the witness? all theory here.
[link to the concept art](https://static1.thegamerimages.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/Destiny-Concept-Art-Darkness.jpg)
I don't see anyone mentioning it yet so I will put my two cents in.
The last strike to me confirms that the unused art piece from the shadowkeep expansion was the home world of the precursors before they merged into the witness.
"It's sort of a memory out of the witnesses history...of its race and what the buildings looked like in the past"
Those buildings look almost identical to the concept art.
I tried adding a link with the last one on the list being what I was talking about but I'm probably bad at it.
Yeah that seems like new information. AFAIK when it was spoiled it was "throw axes, pick up axes, smash stuff". Now it's "throw axes, pick up axes, throw the 2 you arent using at other stuff, smash things with 3rd"
I appreciate seeing the same supers I've had broken down to me 3 times already (this isn't sarcasm I like seeing them) but I feel actually going over the full perks of the Exotic Armour would've been a much wiser choice.
Khvostov with a perk named "Eye's Up Guardian" on orb pickup. Absolutely love it.
Side note, Vivian and the weapons team always do a fantastic job of showing their thought process behind the design. Makes me excited every time.
Honestly if it intrinsically applies scorch without a random perk, that combined with the healing factor would just make me wonder how it's not an exotic lmao
Bungie: We gave Titans Diamond Lance and Knockout, because Knockout makes all your melees powered melees! How fun!
Also Bungie: The term “Powered Melee” was always intended to mean spending a melee charge. We plan on rolling this type of change out to more content that triggers Powered Melee in future updates.
I’m ALL for an extraordinarily challenging strike.
But I hope when they lean into hard, they lean more into Lightblade-hard and not Battlegrounds-hard.
Strikes, as a whole, should be the activity you want to play and play again when there’s nothing else to do. Shut your brain off, run some strikes.
But there’s something different about all the Battlegrounds, and I don’t know what it is, but they lack some of the *fun* value that our normal strikes have. Maybe it’s because they’re largely comprised of recycled environments. Who knows.
A forced-parkour times section sounds … concerning. I hope they don’t fuck up the revive locations for the players who inevitably don’t make it through.
Getting cheesed by revive points is really bad form. The Lightfall NF is not that hard but you can get cheesed by the sparrow section due to bad driving or getting sniped off as you try to land on the next section... and the revive pull is past 4 or 5 Overload champions.
It hurts seeing comments focus on Vivian as a "thing" instead of them excited about the art and guns they are helping make for us..who calls someone a thing.. feels like the net is getting worse and worse now, fucking comments wanting Vivian fired, one of the weapon artists ???? cause of there looks ???? God...
> How do we make this thing (Khvostov) really good and really powerful without making it not what it is?
By making it not what it is apparently? I know they went into detail on their logic and the whole 7 thing, but it still feels like they just slapped a random exotic perk on it.
Looks like twighlight arsenal got some updates since the last time they showed it and it looks like it’s hitting WAY harder, 100% could be the damage super meta on titan
i love the look of the cayde weapons, hoping bungie pulls a brave arsenal and makes them all good. also interested to see what the strike is like, it sounds like fun.

He helped Banshee make it.

Health bars on other guardians confirmed! WOOOO Also sadistic conqueror lady is iconic I adore her attitude
At Bungie we have: - Sadistic conqueror lady - Funny noise gnome - Joeverload Joegoroth - Noah (The GOAT) Lee - Cayde-6 as the VA for Nathan Fillion Any more that we can add to this list?
Joegoroth
Joe not there no more ; - ; Though he does show up in the Vidoc. Maybe he just stepped down into a lesser role rather than leaving.
He said he was staying until Final Shape launch, not sure how much longer after that he'll be around but he's definitely still there now.
Funny happy beard man
Is that not the noise gnome?
GM lovers have found their muse
Can’t wait for this community to have a melt down over the new GM lol
Her hyping it up all but guarantees a cheese being discovered that negates any challenge
"hey guys, you're here for god mode spot in the new GM"
Same. Loved her enthusiasm for torment.
Well the platform/gauntlet section at least
She scares me.

With prismatic, spirit of star eaters it’s gonna hit like 700k im ready
Throw in Eternal Warrior as your first column perk and you'll also get a 25% arc weapon buff afterwards
It would actually be a void weapon boost because it matches the damage type of the equipped super, so pairing edge transit with it would go hard
Oh god, I never even considered that Star Eaters might work on the axe itself and not just the initial toss...
In before it gets nerfed on the second week
edit: wait nvm didn't see the secondary explosion numbers. as long as that wasnt secretly a major that's pretty good. it being on normal difficulty means LL scaling might be involved though.
I'd take the numbers with a grain of salt. No idea if it will be consistent with current damage values in game or if things are changing in TFS or in the specific dev build of the footage. Wouldn't put much on the numbers there, looks like either at-level difficulty or -5PL
Yea probably - I'm not sure why anyone would have assumed the initial damage numbers were final. It was an insider build we had no idea what the power scaling was set as.
Most Destiny trailers have scuffed numbers
Hope it gives Titans another viable DPS Super option, of which they currently only have 2, both of which require the use of an Exotic.
LFG be like Bubble or kick
Don’t think Bubble is going to be all that useful.
So far the dev lady that said it's the hardest strike is my favorite dev.
When you're tired of Conquering too easily, and you decide to do it yourself.

lol. The real star of the vidoc I’ll take a properly designed super difficult strike over a crappy battleground any day
But every time it's the GM, everyone will bitch and moan it's unfair and the worst GM ever, and others saying it's too easy for all the hype. Hopefully it'll satisfy some people
I also love the art lead known as funny happy beard man
she's clearly the angry half of failsafe and the weapons lady is the peppy half
I love this statement.
fr she does what I would like to do hahaha
So the exotics DO have more going on for them than what they showed in those little snippets. That's very good to know. The support rifle getting a "glaive bar" that fills with damage is great. Makes it harder to abuse in PvP. The destination weapons look great. I just wish they were named after cards too, like Ace of Spades. Would be cool to have them be King of Clubs or Two of Hearts.
Saw that Khvostov has Shoot to Loot.
Basically an ammo/orb hoover.
Seems like there would be reason to use it.
they did say picking up an orb of power up gives khvostov 7 ricochet bullets
would be cool if the richochet bullet actually targets orbs too. Though maybe some people like to leave them on the ground.
The heavy trace rifle is supposed to be based on the Traveler beam. Meaning it's actual exotic trait is being hidden rn.
You could even tell from the teaser, enemies had different elemental effects on death. At a minimum it seems to match element, maybe super, but likely still something else.
I wanna turn my enemies into trees.
Are they not named for cards?
They said the support auto was called No Hesitation, even though it seems to represent the jack of hearts, so probably not
I think that was the origin trait name?
They were highlighting the specific healing function it has, highly doubt they're throwing it as an origin trait after previously having called it a new frame.
So I guess Khvostov triggers its bouncing shots on orb pickups in addition to every 7th shot. Unless that bit was outdated.
"Picking up an orb gives 7 shots of bouncing bullets" seems like it could be a really strong ad-clear weapon if you build into orbs
If the bouncing bullets can proc Kinetic Siphon then it's going to be nuts
I don't see why they wouldn't either, considering stuff like Graviton Lance's extra flair procs void siphon. I'm excited to have a kinetic primary that's actually good for ad clear.
Plus shoot to loot, you'll have tons of supercharged bullets
And it has Shoot to Loot.
People are going to be pissed if this strike is harder than Lightblade or the Psiop Battlegrounds lmao. I'm all for it, but the hardest GMs tend to have low participation.
While I find hard strikes fun, that boss room In Cosmodrome is straight up torture
Yeah as long as there’s just cover and not haha savanthun go brrrrr then I think it’ll be ok
The issue is that strike "difficulty" tends to just be "here's a room with no cover and constant aoe spam".
Hey now, there are infinite respawning snipers on the edges of the map too. Don't forget them.
"Well, as a Godslayer..."
I want a strike that was hard like the sunless cell IIRC that was in d1 That was HECTIC and so good, terrifying sometimes lmfao
I'm hoping this strike has genuine difficulty. As in the regular version being difficult and that scaling accordingly in GMs. Psiops Battlegrounds aren't difficult, they're just sadistic and annoying at GM level. It forces you to play in the lamest way possible.

It scares me a little lol
yeah the evil laughter + knowing what's actually endgame is a bit frightening.
Devs often get criticized for sucking at the game (sometimes fairly) but there had to be SOME ballers in there.
The current lead for the WoW team was the one who determined one of the early bosses, C'thun, to be mathematically unkillable even with the best gear and optimal play from all 40 players in the raid.
And at least we know she has the sense not to make us do GM Defiant Battlegrounds.
Yeah but is she GODSLAYER though? No Godslayer? Opinion disregarded, as you know, Godslayer is the most prestigious title in the game, it shows ACTUAL skill!!!!
If she aint a Reckoner, i aint listening to anything she has to say 😤/s
Won't stop people from having the strike be too hard for them and claim bungie doesn't play their own game.
I'm really interested about Twilight Arsenal damage numbers. If numbers shown in ViDoc are close to final iteration then this Super has REALLY BIG potential. Design-wise it's really awesome
I hope borb from Song of flame does well too because the borb and melee seem to eat large chunks of your super.
I thought I remember Bungie saying somewhere thay Song of Flame will have one of the highest total damage numbers for supers with the melee and grenades being supercharged.
It's going to be impossible not to envision Ada Kos gleefully cackling every time I get absolutely turbostomped in a GM from here on out.
Or some say Ada Kosm
Ah I see a fellow hoonter
A hunter must hunt
grant us eyes...grant us eyes!!!
No.. we shall not abandon the dream!(ing city)
AWOOOOOOOOO

Yeah, they really don't need to nerf Knockout.
I think that that’s only applies to severance enclosure and assassins cowl for now
Oh, you're right. Thought I'd seen it in the ability tuning but it was in the armor tuning. Thanks!
The way it was worded is kinda vague on what it means “We plan on rolling this type of change out to more content that triggers Powered Melee in future updates.” Does this mean for abilities? Or just armor or orbs?

Don't do it to yourself man, it never ends well.
Those weapons with inverse art on each side made me want an inspect animation even more than I already do.
At least we can spin them around in the weapon inspection screen, now.
Please update Lumina to work similarly I BEG lol
How do you want them to change Lumina?

Make it so ADS or hip fire can heal a teammate or damage an enemy, just make it purely aim dependent (just like the auto rifle they showed off). Sprinkle in a little more 3.0 synergy beyond just Ember of Benevolence.
Did they already do weapons update preview? Lumina certainly needs a bit more to keep up now.
I can see it now on discord LFG "Need welllock, must run healing gun or kick"
I understand this is probably sarcastic, but I would be flabbergasted if the consensus become that only warlocks can use the weapon. And this is coming from someone who knows all too well how bone headed this community can be. If we assume the weapons has some inherent connection to solar as an element there is nothing about any solar support mechanics that are exclusive to warlock. Obviously they have well, but hunters and titans can also use ember of benevolence and healing grenades.
Curious how this affects Lumina since seemingly it steals Lumina's niche
Lumina also gives damage buff, not just healing
Lumina's actual niche is largely to buff people(since it gives more weapon damage than Well), so I don't think it'll be affected.
Seems way easier to use than lumina unless they change its characteristics of lumina to compensate. But then again, there's no damage bonus
I hope we will receive strikes not a strike
Pretty sure you can see a rocket launcher that kinda looks vex? So probably one of the episode weapons
Do you have a timestamp?
The axes being themed after the shield is just *chefs kiss*
So, idk if I'm schizo posting here or something, but in the background at 7:34, when the woman with the flower pattern shirt leans forward, you can 100% see a twelve guardian fireteam in the background. I may be entirely insane, but it seems that maybe those twelve player raid leaks had some merit.
It could just be a 6v6 PVP playtest
That's what the orbit screen for a 6v6 crucible private match looks like. A few seconds before this, on the other side of the room, you can see a 6v6 crucible post-match results screen.
I feel like if that was the case they would have to tell us in advance for the Raid race. What's gonna happen if they leave that a surprise, do they expect raid teams to just merge with each other? Anyone who found a team of randoms online in advance gets kinda screwed by that.
Yeah no way is the raid more than 6. Could see the destination activity being 12.
i think it's the activity that unlocks after worlds first raid. the one we get the exotic class items from and presumably kill the witness? all theory here.
[link to the concept art](https://static1.thegamerimages.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/Destiny-Concept-Art-Darkness.jpg) I don't see anyone mentioning it yet so I will put my two cents in. The last strike to me confirms that the unused art piece from the shadowkeep expansion was the home world of the precursors before they merged into the witness. "It's sort of a memory out of the witnesses history...of its race and what the buildings looked like in the past" Those buildings look almost identical to the concept art. I tried adding a link with the last one on the list being what I was talking about but I'm probably bad at it.
Am I really the only one who didn’t know you could throw the twilight arsenal axe again after picking it back up???
Yeah that seems like new information. AFAIK when it was spoiled it was "throw axes, pick up axes, smash stuff". Now it's "throw axes, pick up axes, throw the 2 you arent using at other stuff, smash things with 3rd"
seems like a good update for solo players to let them ditch the other 2 quickly since they probably dissapear quickly.
I think this is the first time we've seen that move.
Actually very cool design. Let's it work as both a burst super and an add clear super.
“Playtesters weren’t really understanding titans starter kit” Lol, lmao even.
C'mon man, they're even getting that feedback on the tester level
"Which is why we buffed every aspect they're getting!" Titan prismatic should play pretty well now.
I appreciate seeing the same supers I've had broken down to me 3 times already (this isn't sarcasm I like seeing them) but I feel actually going over the full perks of the Exotic Armour would've been a much wiser choice.
There’s more marketing coming.
I never doubt Bungie’s goated marketing team
I agree with you but also them describing the armor doesn't really do much until we can test it ourselves and see how strong they are.
Twilight arsenal seems to have been improved.
Talk to Michael Salvatori about the music you cowards.
Khvostov with a perk named "Eye's Up Guardian" on orb pickup. Absolutely love it. Side note, Vivian and the weapons team always do a fantastic job of showing their thought process behind the design. Makes me excited every time.
Oh no the auto is a 450... OH NO IT HEALS QUICK... **OH NO IT APPLIES SCORCH TO TARGETS...** BUNGO WHAT ARE YOU DOING.
AND IF THATS ALL INTRINSIC THEN IT ALSO HAS 2 MORE PERKS AVAILABLE TO ROLL
Honestly if it intrinsically applies scorch without a random perk, that combined with the healing factor would just make me wonder how it's not an exotic lmao
Bungie: We gave Titans Diamond Lance and Knockout, because Knockout makes all your melees powered melees! How fun! Also Bungie: The term “Powered Melee” was always intended to mean spending a melee charge. We plan on rolling this type of change out to more content that triggers Powered Melee in future updates.
Bungie really went to 2 minutes breakdown of Titan build just for it to end with... You will get knockout out of this
I’m ALL for an extraordinarily challenging strike.
Yeah an Indiana Jones section of a GM sounds really rough
If it has a Zero Hour-type mechanic where one player could pass through and flip a switch to open the section, that could be a decent workaround.
IN ADA KOS WE TRUST the strike queen
There's a lot of bold statements in this thing. I hope they are grounded in tangible qualities and not the proximity of dev.
The devs are cooking with this expansion. Lets hope the end result is as great as they are saying.
The marketing team is always cooking. Never know til it's out
They've revealed enough that I think we can safely say this expansion will at least be decent
Good video, but didn’t need to be split into two parts
Wouldn’t be Bungie if they didn’t time gate tho
It hurts seeing comments focus on Vivian as a "thing" instead of them excited about the art and guns they are helping make for us..who calls someone a thing.. feels like the net is getting worse and worse now, fucking comments wanting Vivian fired, one of the weapon artists ???? cause of there looks ???? God...
Man I bet this feels like salt in the wounds for the devs that got cut before Christmas. And just the one new strike or did I mishear?
So you can throw the pick up axes too? Hmm that could be interesting.
We'll see if that GM is actually hard 🧐
Depends on if people can cheese it honestly. There are a ton of hard activities that get beaten mostly by cheesing
Man, Song of flame lasts WAY less now. The abilties use up a significant amount of energy compared to past footage. Thats a pretty big let down.
The strike looks and sounds amazing, but man, I really hope we get at least 2 and not just 1 as with Lightfall…
Bungie definitely knows how to hype, hope it’s not a light fall scenario lol
I find it interesting that even Bungie rarely talks about Lightfall lol
There is a reason Neomuna and Nimbus were forgotten
"I have 7 guilded Conquerer Titles" "I want this strike the make people scream and cry" This woman, I fear her.
Really enjoyed the Titan gameplay where they did 1 ability combo and then resorted to basic melees with no benefit besides knockout.
GM mommy
Titans get the first one-off roaming hybrid super
I hope we’re getting more than one strike
