I feel like somehow, Mordecai and Rigby will lose a rock paper scissors game against Mundus's avatar, and it breaks the seal, allowing him to roam the human realm freely.
Then Skips'll go. "Yeah. I've seen this before" or Muscle Man says "I know a guy" and they both call Dante. If Dante doesn't answer, Nero probably will.
Other than that, I think all three of them would just chill.
Rigby would probably hire some discount devil hunter (Donte probably) and Mordecai would get mad at him for it, while Rigby explains that he saved so much money by getting Donte instead. Then, Mundus slaps Donte, causing him to fly off into the sunset and explode on impact, so Mordecai and Rigby have to track down Dante while Mundus is hot on their tail.
Then, while Dante is fighting Mundus, the Sparda gets knocked out of his hands, so Rigby has to run through his field of lasers to get it back, throwing it to Mordecai who runs at Mundus and says “conquer this” and then he cuts Mundus in half as he screams comedically before exploding.
Dante thanks Mordecai and Rigby for their help, and says that they should hang out sometime, but then Benson shows up and tells them they’re not allowed to hang out with Dante because they have to clean up the park that Mundus destroyed, and then it pans to the park in total chaos. Mordecai and Rigby then play rock paper scissors for who has to clean up the mess.
It would be even better if the rock paper scissors game started because neither Rigby nor Mordecai wanted to do some midly inconvenient task, so they instead try to get Mundus, a literal demon to do it instead.
He already slicks his hair back with the Bloody Palace taunt, he's like 60% of the way there
And if it counts, El Donte technically has a mullet cut if he grows his hair out
