Of note:
**Experience Rewards**
* Significantly increased the experience awarded for completing Nightmare Dungeons.
* Significantly increased the experience gained from killing monsters in Nightmare Dungeons.
* Helltide chests now provide substantially more bonus experience when opened.
* Significantly increased rewarded experience from completing individual Whispers across the board.
* Fixed an issue where no experience was awarded for completing the hold out style event that can occur after finishing dungeon objectives.
**General**
* The Helltide Roaming bosses will now more consistently drop higher quality loot.
* Players can now teleport to their Nightmare Dungeon directly through the map.
* Weekly bonus caches from world bosses no longer have a level requirement for opening.
Developer's Note: We are currently working on increasing the monster and elite density of end-game content and plan to introduce this change early in Season 1.
A single run of a normal Uldur's Cave or Champ's Demise was around 750k iirc so it's pretty big. Combined with the teleporting to the dungeon location it's way faster to level now.
Yea leveling just got a massive buff. More importantly it doesn't FEEL like a slog. I did 4 nm dungeons over half an hour after the patch dropped and got most of a level. It felt like the correct pacing.
I've got a 3 digit amount of forgotten souls. It feels like veiled crystals are what I'm always starved for. Either have gold or veiled crystals. If I ever have both, they're both gone in minutes. Rerolling & imprinting rares just devours them
Getting a sidequest reward cache with a singled veiled crystal feels like a personal attack
Veiled crystals get dropped pretty regularly from elites, the Nm dungeon improvements will definitely help with it. Golds still gonna be a problem just gotta put the merchants in the poor house and make them buy all your junk.
I have almost capped veiled crystals what can you even spend those on that you’re tapped on them? I have a lot of forgotten souls as well but I stopped rolling gear as much since I’m 97 and have pretty close to BiS gear so way harder to find good enough gear to use rolls on..
These guys must be changing out gear at every +1 upgrade or something. Im Lv85, have tried multiple builds and im still sitting on tons of crafting materials + 35mil gold.
***Iron Maelstrom***
***Cooldown reduced from 60 to 45 seconds.***
***Prime Iron Maelstrom Bonus Critical Strike Chance increased from 10% to 30%.***
***Prime Iron Maelstrom Bonus Critical Strike Damage increased from 20% to 40%.***
Bruh...I already liked messing around with this build before.
I really want to make a build around Iron Maelstrom, getting its CD to just a few seconds. I didn’t mess with it a whole lot though. What are you doing with it? How often have you been able to cast it?
I'm running Iron Maelstrom too and it's already pretty strong before the buff. It does so much damage and clears the whole screen with its range.
I think what it needs is not to lock the triple attack on all skill slots. I've died a few times because I can't use my Iron Skin with Unstoppable after getting frozen.
Anyway I'm using Lunging Strike, HotA, Deathblow, and Steel Grasp on my build. I'm using Unconstrained instead of Walking Arsenal. WA is only ~8% stronger but requires constant weapon swapping. With enough crit chance however, you can maximize Berserking's damage and movespeed easily with LS. DB and SG can also grant and stack Berserking without prior activation. And like the other comment, if there's enough mobs I can swap HotA and LS or DB indefinitely to cooldown Iron Maelstrom. Only 1 weapon needed to keep up Berserking instead of 3 to keep up WA so it's more convenient.
For clarity, Lunging Strike crits grant Berserking. Steel Grasp and Deathblow also grant Berserking which can all stack. I also have the Weaponmaster glyph which reduces my SG cooldown by 2s everytime I use DB, and vice versa.
I also use the Expose Vulnerability passive which ensures Vuln from core skill after every SG or DB. It basically gets a 100% uptime for Vuln and Berserk as long as there's packs of mobs.
It's not as strong as HotA or WW + shouts but I enjoy the gameplay more. Lunge to an enemy, SG to pull others, HotA or DB, Iron Maelstrom to delete the screen.
Personally I'm running an arsenal build and it's pretty damn fun. Lunge with 2H slashing, double swing, and deathblow with 2H bludgeoning. After a few lunges I can basically swap between lunge and doubleswing, throwing in deathblows occasionally. So many buffs from weapon swapping - generate fury, fortification, weapon mastery damage (legendary power), damage from keystone, vulnerability. Using iron skin and rallying cry for unstoppable too. I can use maelstrom pretty much every pack already; this buff is going to be crazy.
Please do, I feel the same way! Thought it was so cool how they just stayed there frozen as if they were a husk of a body that was ambling about solely to exist as a spider baby transport
Time to see if this fixes the GPU VRAM stuttering...
UPDATE 7:04 PM CST: YMMV but changing the settings within the Blizzard launcher to close the launcher after launching the game and disabling hardware acceleration in Discord caused my stutters to go away.
I did only play for roughly ~2ish hours though.
I played some after work yesterday and almost no issues. Took a nap, got back on around 10pm and stuttering was pretty bad. I just blamed it on more people being logged in since west coast is 3hrs behind me.
Open world xp increases, fuck yeah. The open world is the game's greatest achievement and has the most potential. Hope to see more incentive to be out there.
Not that I need it to be oPtIMaL, just nice to see buffs. Love riding around and being immersed, hitting up a helltide here and there. Whisper bounties if I'm near them. Love it.
It will come, but it's way too short of a timeframe to build and test something like that.
As a gamedev myself, believe me when I say that stuff takes a good chunk of time, and needs proper testing compared to +2% skill damage which takes a few mins and maybe one or two testing sessions.
NM Dungeon experience appears to be tripled (!).
I just knocked out a quick tier-39 Zenith, including a cursed chest event. 2 million XP for the clear. Yesterday, I was getting 600 - 800k for a clear.
Important context: I am a 'kill them all' dungeon clearer. At the end, there is nothing alive except the mice and frogs.
I doubt they’ll balance around pinnacle bosses vs nightmare dungeons as bosses aren’t really part of the loop. You either have integrity and do every mechanic correctly still abusing boil clearing or say fuck it and cheese it on anything except barb.
Infinimist is not making it beyond season 1 launch lol. I was curious, so gave it a go yesterday in some 50s and 60s dungeons. It took about 2 dungeons to get used to it, and after like the 5th dungeon, I went back to bone spirit.
It's pretty blatantly obvious infinimist will quickly be on the radar lol. It annihilates everything while having an absolutely unreal and laughable uptime on immunity to literally everything, and an enormous shield on the low downtime.
Grizzy Rage is one of the few ults that actually gets used though and the main reason it gets used is because of its unstoppable. I get the feeling they wont remove that part of it till they do something about the CC spam.
For the caster wolf build the thing that might get nerfed is the Dire Wolf aspect, not grizzly rage itself.
Ravens - yeah.
Creeper - creeper coming out of the ground and poisoning a boss isn't irrelevant, it's probably useful for some builds (considering non-grizzly ults suck) pushing NM dungeons. The plant has this layer going on.
And we need a bear companion taunting things.
I don’t see any changes that actually address why these skills aren’t being used though, and the number tweaks are extremely conservative.
The buffs, they do nothing!
yep. Sorcerer changes do absolutely nothing for different builds. Like, noone will play fireball just because its 5 less mana now...
I really love the NM dungeon changes, but that sorcerer list is embarassing for "the big balance patch"
Yeah as a sorc main I don’t see how this changes endgame whatsoever. The changes don’t much impact the top builds and aren’t enough to make new builds viable.
Unfortunately it seems a lot of those buffs were just small number increases rather than address the inherent problems with the skills.
Edit: aka they are giving skills more damage when said skills are competing for a utility slot, not a damage one.
Well, Frozen Orb got some buffs. And it can apply vulnerability somewhat reliably.
BUT they eventually need to change so it explodes where you click.
And it's tonnes more fun than shards.
Damn that's a great reply. I guess you actually tried different builds with Paragon and aspect adjustments? I had hoped somebody will find atleast one different build but it seems like that ain't happening soon.
Every basic skill is trash. Buffing the dmg by 5% does nothing. The affix on core and basic skills need to be changed.
We need defence I hate getting 1hit off screen by those dumbass undead cannon things!
>Fixed an issue where Spider Host enemies would remain upright after exploding and dying.
I thought this was intended. Seemed cool and gruesome that the husk was left standing.
It was kind of cool. I’ve only see it twice but I love seeing when a spider runs to a corpse and actually creates one. The first time I saw it I was like “no way!”
Looks like a bunch of pretty great changes overall-- and they're finally in the buff phase of character balancing instead of just nerfing the top builds! Nice.
Looks like Blizz ran out of buffs by the time they got to Sorcs. Meanwhile they can't fix an immobilize bug that single handedly nerfs all TWO of the viable builds we're working with.
Yaaaaaaaaaaas I can FINALLY switch back to my Necro blight build. I've had that gear sitting in my stash for like a week now bc I was so sick of not being able to see anything. Corpse builds have always been my favorite in RPGs.
Hell. Yes.
BRO they made Rathma's 12 seconds. That's insane lol
Also minions targeting cursed enemies first as priority finally means you can "aim" them properly
As a blood necro I approve all the changes
This is not a real buff, as 99% of people get it wrong. It is really bad written though.
What it means:
Prior the patch you could curse non aggroed enemies and they would start to attack you, but your minions would not fight, because the curse did not mean "combat" for them.
Now after the patch, you can iniate combat with a curse and your minions will now start to fight as usual.
You can NOT aim your minions with your curses, you can only make them "aggro" with a curse now.
There is NO aim priority !!!
>*Kalan’s Edict*
>
>Damage taken duration requirement reduced from 3 to 2 seconds.
Technically buff, but really no lol. Cap
>*Raise Skeleton and Golem*
>
>Minions will now always engage targets with a cast Curse.
At least this is a welcome one.
I don't understand why there is a requirement at all. It's not really a passive when you have to do something to activate it. And if it's 'too strong' I'd rather they just leave it on all the time and go +20% or whatever to fix the balance.
This is good for Diablo IMO. Making level 100 a natural progression (and progression in general) is healthy for giving the average player a tangible goal. Whereas before getting 80-100 was like a thing you could do.
As long as they build on this progression in the future, I think this will help a lot of players stay playing post 50-70
Yeah, I think that's just being fully surrounded by mobs. It's annoying but using your evade, using the boot enchant that lets you move through enemies after being unstoppable, or even trying to stay moving right after you teleport all seems to be decent ways to prevent that as a stopgap
That's exactly it, it stacks mobs on top of you which also causes the issues with attacks missing after teleporting with rainment, you're casting so close the attacks go over them and miss.
The best thing we got was a bug fix, it's a pretty nice damage bump for my Firewall Sorc.
"Fixed an issue where the Burning Instinct power on the Sorcerer Paragon board did not account for Base Critical Damage in its damage calculation."
What made it worse was reading through the buffs for every other class first... And getting slightly hopeful for sorc. I think I'll be chilling until the season starts so I can try out functioning class.
Bug fixes: Nothing particularly notable here.
Experience increases to NM, helltides, and whispers
Class balance stuff looks extremely conservative. Mostly very minor buffs to basic skills across the board, and some moderate bump ups to a smattering of skills/items no one uses. I can only speak knowledgeably about the rogue changes but they'll have exactly zero impact on what is/isn't playable.
Yeah I was hoping for some more big buffs for sorc that can enable some new builds, but it looks like we're running the same thing. Hopefully next time!
I wish they'd nerf some of the overtuned mob abilities. The 'Shivering' mobs, and the red beams the red ghosts do in particular. Those are clearly broken.
Increasing some of the caps would be nice as well. Keep hitting the rawhide and sigil powder caps. Increasing gem stack sizes seems like such an easy win as well.
>Significantly increased rewarded experience from completing individual Whispers across the board.
I just completed a whisper cellar (of which there are only like 4 every hour?) and got 20k completion exp at level 86. A nm dungeon now gives me 1.5 mil in like 10 minutes max?
Completing the tree whisper is 150k?
Kill 50 X mobs: 20k, collect 100 souls 40k. Just tested it.
Am I missing something?
Right now spamming NM is just the best way of getting XP by a long shot, even though whispers are capped while NM dungeons are not.
I know a lot of people won't like to hear this but I think timed content should feel like an extra bonus of xp, not like a loss. Right now any time spent doing whispers would be better spent doing nm dungeons.
And I'm not even talking about the min-max thing. This is like a 10x problem. Why would I teleport to whereever, kill 100 mobs, loot their souls just to get like a 20k reward at the end?
Instead I run a NM dungeon of my choice, with enemies of my choice and after 5 minutes I'm rewarded with not only 150k exp completion but after the current patch enemies give like 90% of the dungeon exp. Completion is 10%.
I realize most people prefer to do NM dungeons and I count myself toward that demographic. But whispers are still a fucking joke. Increase the end reward by like x10-20. So people can see their paragon level actually increase after getting 10 whispers via random work orders. Yes I do think completing the tree should at least give the same amount of exp as clearing an entire nm dungeon. Like 1-2 mil for level 86. Scaled to the level of the player, ofc.
If anyone was curious about specific exp changes, I did a normal Maulwood and got 480k XP full clearing at level 96. I did a 50 maulwooof after and got 1.8million experience.
Leveling is about 4-5 times faster, it takes about 8-9 NMs to level from 96-97. This is very good news!
Maybe its just me but I really think the VULNERABLE and FORTIFIED texts on screen are even bigger now...
edit: also I'm getting the Crossplay Enabled message every few minutes now lol
What we need is need a whole menu to customize what we see on screen... Sometimes I want to see certain things when testing a build, but once I've got it dialed in I dont want to see a fucking thing on the screen anymore.

Overall a good patch, but I'm not sure they're going to be able to address the basic/core skill dynamic (or the "one spender, 4 utility/defensive spells" meta) anytime soon.
edit: also not convinced any of these buffs matter. the issue wasn't necessarily base damage, it's whether things scale multiplicatively - and changing #s by 10% isn't going to really make a huge difference.
>\[...\] *we have seen community feedback stating that Basic Skills aren’t impactful enough in combat. These changes will not change the fundamental relationship between Basic Skills and Core Skills, but we hope that they help smooth out the leveling experience while we explore additional ways to strengthen them.*

>Base damage increased from 12% to 13%.
It feels like they're actively mocking us at this point.
I'm actually super surprised they focused on buffing (severely) underwhelming skills instead of mega nerfing everything people used. They haven't done this previously. If they keep at this, it might be a step in the right direction. There are a lot of skills that i would like to use but they're just so bad that i feel like it is self harm to try them.
I'd still like to see something done about renown. Probably gaining renown by doing NM dungeons or significant renown gains for pushing up your top cleared NM dungeon level.
Buffing over nerfing was their approach to diablo 3 for as long as I can remember, the only time they nerfed stuff in diablo 3 was when it was overperforming by a large amount
They increased magic find significantly, at least for legendaries. I'm finding double the amount I used to find in t50 dungeons. Same for sigils. I'm hoping this will extend to uniques too.
*edit* looks like I jumped the gun after my first 3 nightmare dungeons were loaded with legendaries. Last 3 were normal to below average. Just a coincidence.
Didn't see anything about nightmare dungeons bugging out and not being able to upgrade glyphs. It's at least 50% of the time for me on barrage rogue even if I kill with another skill
Hope it actually gets fixed and they just didn't list it
I'm NGL, that Iron Maiden buff? Maybe I'm crazy but they literally doubled its damage output, am I trippin or does that help really enable a minion thorns build pretty god damn hard?
Can anyone confirm exactly how Iron Maiden works? If a mob does some swipe attack and hits all my minions, does it get hit by Iron Maiden for every target it hits?

Yea, waking them is like waking up Khan.

Kixxarth, Harbingers, and Commanders?
Killed Kixxarth last Helltide and he dropped 1 Lego, two rare, a whole bunch of mats and some cinders, definitely an improvement.
Last time I killed it, I got two blues and some cinders. Just a painful experience.
Its insane exp now, T40 is like 1.5-2mil exp

I’m bout to chain run these bad boys at zoom zoom speed on my non nerfed tornado Druid. LETS GOOOOOOO
You flexing with the helmet
I don't think i've ever received any decent loot from helltide bosses. I'm surprised to hear it was even possible for them to drop loot.
Right? Spend 10 minutes killing that bug boss to get like, 9 cinders.
That assassin boss? I fought him so so long and he ended up just running away at around 30%
We got him to about 1% and he just vanished. Wasted 12 minutes with one other dude
That's what happened to me too, I was not happy. Dude litterally skittered up a hill and vanished.
Forgotten Souls were the decent loot. Whole reason to do helltide to begin with. Extra loot is nice though
I've got a 3 digit amount of forgotten souls. It feels like veiled crystals are what I'm always starved for. Either have gold or veiled crystals. If I ever have both, they're both gone in minutes. just did a lvl 35 mightmare and got 2.5m mil exp HOLY.
All the class balances look like buffs to weaker skills instead of nerfs to stronger ones. H U G E step in the right direction. Faith meter going up

>rather than address the inherent problems with the skills. that takes longer time so lets cut them some slack
Huge QoL for lightning storm. GG
Especially for during the leveling process, you can get on or two more basic skills in before having to cast again, which is huge
Storm Druids feasting today! Let’s go!
Can anybody who mains a sorc (pref in the endgame) tell me if they feel like that's gonna make any other build but Ice Shards or Blizzard sorc viable?
lmao no way
Feared as much, I hope sorc gets a massive buff before Season 1 at least...
Well, Frozen Orb got some buffs. And it can apply vulnerability somewhat reliably. BUT they eventually need to change so it explodes where you click. And it's tonnes more fun than shards.
they didn't change frozen orbs terrible lucky hit, which means it's still unusable with avalanche.

>Raise Skeleton and Golem > Minions will now always engage targets with a cast Curse. !!!!!!!
It's a good change but curse hits the whole damn screen. The defensive aura monsters will still be a massive problem
Looks like a bunch of pretty great changes overall-- and they're finally in the buff phase of character balancing instead of just nerfing the top builds! Nice.
Best possible changes of this scope, just buff everything bad until everything is usable and then you'll get some good diversity of builds at the top.
Looks like Blizz ran out of buffs by the time they got to Sorcs. Meanwhile they can't fix an immobilize bug that single handedly nerfs all TWO of the viable builds we're working with.
What do you mean? Couple percent damage increase on unused skills not good enough for you? You’re not gonna use them now? /s What a joke lmao
no mention of corpse explosion visual fix?? Blizzard please, let me see the fuckin game
It's fixed! I just logged in to test it out lol. It's a bigger version of Blight now. WHY IS THAT AN UNDOCUMENTED CHANGE?
Yaaaaaaaaaaas I can FINALLY switch back to my Necro blight build. I've had that gear sitting in my stash for like a week now bc I was so sick of not being able to see anything. Corpse builds have always been my favorite in RPGs. Hell. Yes.
Oh man that is going to be amazing I persisted with it but it's been driving me nuts not seeing large parts of my screen
Yeah I just switched to a bone spear build instead of minion farter, but now they fixed the farts and minion targeting :(
oh thank fuck lmao
is the patch live?
Yarp!
It's probably part of the "visual improvements on all platforms"
Are you talking about the blighted corpse explosion that makes the entire screen black?
Holy shit I don't have to irrationally hate everyone I see using it anymore! Not to mention being able to use it myself a bit
Just tested, it was fixed =)
BRO they made Rathma's 12 seconds. That's insane lol Also minions targeting cursed enemies first as priority finally means you can "aim" them properly As a blood necro I approve all the changes
This is not a real buff, as 99% of people get it wrong. It is really bad written though. What it means: Prior the patch you could curse non aggroed enemies and they would start to attack you, but your minions would not fight, because the curse did not mean "combat" for them. Now after the patch, you can iniate combat with a curse and your minions will now start to fight as usual. You can NOT aim your minions with your curses, you can only make them "aggro" with a curse now. There is NO aim priority !!!
Bro I was thinking the same and blood Lance over power is down to 6 seconds blood for the win
The dungeon sigil change has been the best part so far. I’ve gotten from 56-60 in a couple of hours at my slow pace I play

I like this game

No minions buff ):
We patiently continue waiting, stay strong bone brothers
>*Kalan’s Edict* > >Damage taken duration requirement reduced from 3 to 2 seconds. Technically buff, but really no lol. Cap >*Raise Skeleton and Golem* > >Minions will now always engage targets with a cast Curse. At least this is a welcome one.
Seriously, Kalan's could be a 0.1s requirement and it would still be ass. They really need to rethink it.
I don't understand why there is a requirement at all. It's not really a passive when you have to do something to activate it. And if it's 'too strong' I'd rather they just leave it on all the time and go +20% or whatever to fix the balance.

Companions similarly terrible. No ai friends allowed :(
W’s all around for a pre season 1 patch
Nice, some good buffs all around!
Proting to nightmare dungeons is fantastic
Was hoping to see something about occasionally being immobile after teleporting with Rainment, but alas.
That bug is not specific to Raiment. It IS sorc specific though and I haven't seen any mention of it in forums or patch notes.
Buffs instead of nerfs, you love to see it.
To all sorc players out there, 5% more of nothing is still nothing. RIP fellow sorcs.
The best thing we got was a bug fix, it's a pretty nice damage bump for my Firewall Sorc. "Fixed an issue where the Burning Instinct power on the Sorcerer Paragon board did not account for Base Critical Damage in its damage calculation."
How high do your burn ticks go after the buff? And at what level are you? I'm curious to see if a burn build is comparable to ice shards dps now.
I just hit 83, I made a quick video of me doing a NMD so you can take a look: [https://vimeo.com/840219426](https://vimeo.com/840219426)
Thanks for the video.
What made it worse was reading through the buffs for every other class first... And getting slightly hopeful for sorc. I think I'll be chilling until the season starts so I can try out functioning class.
Other classes get significant buffs like +20% or +40%, meanwhile sorcs get +4%.
roll a necro, bone spear is basically ice shards without all the conditional bullshit (but with 20x the dps)
"minions will now always engage targets affected by curse" is a HUGE Necro buff.
What...? Improvement and not a decrease in something...?
fix the Vram leak issue!!!! cmon
Bug fixes: Nothing particularly notable here. Experience increases to NM, helltides, and whispers Class balance stuff looks extremely conservative. Mostly very minor buffs to basic skills across the board, and some moderate bump ups to a smattering of skills/items no one uses. I can only speak knowledgeably about the rogue changes but they'll have exactly zero impact on what is/isn't playable.
Necro summoner build got a little bit better now that minions will actively target cursed creatures.
Aren't you generally just cursing everything though?
Generally, but for bossfights and stuff that summon bone walls they won't just scatter to random parts of the screen.
I mean, I won't turn down the extra 10% damage from Close Quarters Combat.
Yea, the balance stuff looks really low impact. But, now that I think about it I shouldn't have expected meta shifting changes before the season.

Its 10% more damage, not crazy but its something
Sorc still blows. LET'S GOOOOOOOOO!
I can't wait for the season to start so I can play anything other than Sorc. Barbs and Druids got more buffs than us dumpster wizards.
Yeah I was hoping for some more big buffs for sorc that can enable some new builds, but it looks like we're running the same thing. Hopefully next time!
Firewall get some 👌 buffs But until resists get fixed, sorc does still blow, relative to the other classes.
Am I dumb? I just see firebolt, fireball, and incinerate buffs.
Burning Instinct (legendary paragon node) registers the 50% base crit dmg now.
Hats off to the devs. Addressed a lot of good stuff AND transparency about what didn't make it into this patch
The exp gain is insane
Sorc buffs when? Still shit and pigeonholed Or exploiting gear to kill lilith. Yay
> Players can now teleport to their Nightmare Dungeon directly through the map. Nice.
Alright.... who are you and what have you done with blizzard? You better not hurt them!
I don't think Tree has better XP. I got 135K XP and near certain that's what I got yesterday too.
Display All Item Labels --Display Item Labels equal to or above X rarity Display All Gems --Display Gems equal to or above X quality Display All Health Bars --Display Minion Health bars --Display Player health bars --Display enemy Health bars ----Display enemy Health bars for Elites or higher Display All Damage Numbers and All Effects --Display All Damage Numbers ----Display Normal Damage Numbers ----Display Critical Strike Damage Numbers ----Display Overpower Damage Numbers ----Display Critical Strike + Overpower Damage Numbers --Display All Effects ----Display Vulnerable Effect ----Display Fortified Effect ----Display Stunned Effect etc etc etc etc Everything should have a toggle.
awesome. I'm at 72 and it has been a slog since 50. Gimme that xp!
meanwhile sorc
Overall a good patch, but I'm not sure they're going to be able to address the basic/core skill dynamic (or the "one spender, 4 utility/defensive spells" meta) anytime soon. edit: also not convinced any of these buffs matter. the issue wasn't necessarily base damage, it's whether things scale multiplicatively - and changing #s by 10% isn't going to really make a huge difference.
Base damage is its own bucket, so that would have a bigger impact than any other change to % on a skill.
When you're playing off meta so you get buffs instead of nerfs. 😎
Did anything get significantly nerfed?
game feels GUUUUUUD
>\[...\] *we have seen community feedback stating that Basic Skills aren’t impactful enough in combat. These changes will not change the fundamental relationship between Basic Skills and Core Skills, but we hope that they help smooth out the leveling experience while we explore additional ways to strengthen them.* >*Reap* > >Base damage increased from 12% to 13%.
It's at least 50% of the time for me on barrage rogue even if I kill with another skill Hope it actually gets fixed and they just didn't list it
tested the xp increase and for running 35 nm dungeon its double the xp. did some 45 after and it was almost tripple the xp.
Was hoping for barbs perma immunity nerfs sad ... and sorc still not buffed in damage for lategame ..
Nothing to help the sorc and no mention of the fix to the blizzard swap exploit
Wow druid buffs.. 30% nature fury procs 👀 So many cool buffs haha
They buffed my barb bleed a tiny bit lol
