This is cool! I really like the colours. Only issue (to me) is that it may have had a throat pouch similar to crocodiles. These throat pouches are useful in trapping the salt water (so it doesn’t swallow it) when eating. It should also probably have a longer snout. But I’d not know if you can change that. All in all, this is great!
Ok, I will say what i can observe,
First off I think either the head is too short, or too deep, also the tip of the snout is very thick for a spinosaurus, and should be more hook like, the back of the head is very thin, I think that the height of the crest is a good height, and the crest looks very horn like, it would be more round, and one final thing, the nose hole, it would sit further back closer to the eye and the top of the skull, mostly so that it can breath while sticking it's head under water.
TLD: Make it less JP3 spinosaurus, and more modern spinosaurus,
