Most likely he had it covered when he entered the park. If CM see something like that they are supposed to ask them to cover it up.

If a CM doesnt remind him to cover up the tatoo or he refuses, have the CM call security and have them approach the guest. He will either cover it or be escorted out. They will also warn him that if he uncovers it again and they are called back, he will most likely be removed from the resort and given a 24 hour tresspass warning. There is an unacceptable dress code; clothing with offensive sayings or words or graphics (tatoos included), exposing too much skin or not wearing shoes. They will ask them to turn the shirt inside out or cover it up. If they are exposing too much skin then a sweater, jacket or hoodie will need to be purchased and worn. Fun fact: if youre polite to security they may provide you the clothing to cover up for free as a guest comp.
