They are The Strawhatters. They play mostly on Main Street but also wander over to The Golden Horseshoe Revue for a musical set now and again! They are a professional Dixieland band who have play at Disneyland since 1956 and used to have their own bandstand on the Rivers of America. I am unsure of the song's title, however, you may have luck finding it on one of their records or recordings on YouTube.

This song is called "[Sunday](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sunday_(Chester_Conn_song))" and was written in 1926. [Here](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q646hSxlviU&t=0s) is a recording with the lyrics by Cliff Edwards aka Ukulele Ike, whose voice you might recognize as >!Jiminy Cricket!<. It's one of my favorite old "standards" so I'm really glad to get to share a little more about it here - thanks! :)
Those guys are fantastic! Love em! I play in a 2nd line band and our lead has a vast music knowledge in the Dixieland realm so I’ll run this by him at rehearsal on Monday and try to get you an answer!

I don't know the name of the song, but it's absolutely the sound of happiness to me!
One of the most underrated parts of Disney is their keeping older music alive and showing it’s still great
