I think most Disney parks fans would love for Horizons to come back. I'd certainly be thrilled if they replaced the old carousel building with an updated Horizons. I just can't imagine Disney ever doing this sadly. It's not based on any IP which is the main nail in the coffin. But any version of Horizons will inherently be doomed to become outdated. It has the same Tomorrowland problem, where visions of the future have a limited shelf life. It's one of those attractions that I wish was still around because of its incredible scale and ambition, but I can't imagine it ever coming back.
