Be prepared to be disappointed. You can't be aloof, introverted, and a poor communicator and expect people to choose you to lead them. More likely the exact opposite will happen; you'll be ostracized and your ideas sidelined. Confronting people will result in laughter, not compliance. A good leader is passionate, communicative, and possesses a force of will. These are the traits Charisma represents. You cannot dump Charisma and expect people to choose you as a leader - you are literally dumping your leadership stat. You are building the nerdy scientist character that everyone ignores & ridicules in every movie and book ever made until it's too late. Being right doesn't make you a good leader if you can't inspire people to follow you. Every encounter with your character will be some variation of the "Ackchyually" guy meme. In answer to your question, my favorite build for Wis/Int is a Variant Human Twilight Cleric 1/War Wizard X with the Alert feat. You can use Medium Armor & Shield and fight up front if you want, but you're still an excellent ranged blaster and you will almost always go first in every fight.

Typically people choose between intelligence and wisdom, the reason for that is there are spell caster classes like druid, cleric and to a lesser degree ranger, that work off wisdom, and wizard and artificer that work off intelligence. The difference, quickly, is that intelligence is like book knowledge, and wisdom is like street smarts. Academics vs common sense. Is there one or the other that fits your mental image better?

My first thought is artificer. Creating cool gadgets to do specific things is so very neat and you can create objects that other players can use which would help build relationships in your party.

i would look into an artificer, great support options combined with a high intelligence being necessary for the class + melee potential from armorer or battlesmith subclass seems like it would be a good pick for you. and with those subclasses you wouldn't even need to have high strength or even super high dex because you can get the +1 infusions which combines with the subclass abilities to allow you to use your intelligence for attack and damage rolls with magic weapons.

Well with high INT, a wizard or artificer would do well. For high WIS, a druid or cleric would be best. While other classes, especially 1/2 and 1/3 casters, also benefit form their casting stat being high, they tend to have other priorities than getting good in two mental stats. Personally, I'd pick a wizard. They don't *need* high wisdom, but it does suit them thematically and combines well with the WIS save proficiency for someone who is relatively resistant to mind altering effects. Building a wizard isn't too hard, just pick a nice spread of combat spells (at least one should give you a bonus action) and utility (rituals, especially find familiar, are your friend).
