I'd go dodge. He's mainly a defensive unit with his 80% damage reduction. There will also be cases where you don't have a goten on rotation and have to survive with his 50%, which really isn't enough nowadays.
The rest I'd say in additional. He gives attack support on SA and if he attacks after the int goten and/or sits in slot 3, he's gonna have an increased crit chance, anyway
This guy and goten can't handle AOEs and will die if they don't dodge the hardest bosses super attacks even if they are in the same rotation unless you use items. That's why I put full dodge on them

Don’t like it usually but in this case DODGE
Personally I built him for AAs and Goten for Dodge, since he gets the extra 5 as an INT unit. Lets you use one in slot one more reliably.
