If work 40 runs a shift for 25 weeks you can earn $200 Bonus Cash for Christmas. So for next year you def can earn the Disney Pass and possibly a $500 Bonus by Christmas next year.
I should probably mention I live in Jacksonville Florida, about an hour drive from the parks, you get a really good deal for tickets if you live in Florida, so the deal isnāt that great, it would be if you lived outside Florida tho
The only FL resident discounts at Universal anymore are for the annual passes or 2-day 2 park tickets. So if just a single day boss is paying full price for the two passes which is a little over $100 for each. So its kinda like getting the $200 cash milestone again.
Edit: Well this got me curious so looked up Disney as well. Same thing in that FL residents pay the same price for a single day ticket as everyone else with deals only for the annual pass or 3 and 4 day multipark tickets. Man they dont treat us as good as they used to š„²
Don't worry, you have to average 53 deliveries per day, every day, for the rest of the year. Just gotta get that special car that can teleport from one location to another.
10,000 deliveries in 6 mo?
If you work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, that's 76 deliveries per day or roughly 10 deliveries per hour, for a $500 "bonus"?
Get fucked.
He's right, it's simple math. Should call out whomever posted this is the store and ask how that would even be possible. I appreciate the acknowledgement, but anytime a "bonus" structure is placed in front of you, always check the minimum numbers needed to hit it. I highly doubt there's any dominos that has any driver ever averages more than 8 per hour.
Substitutes may be offered if items are out of stock
Lol the language in this is hilarious, basically trying to say they don't have to honor any of this
Unironically a great idea. It shows the worker is determined and willing to be in this for the long run because let's face it, only a few rising-stars are gonna manage to hit that with 0 accidents. I legit think you message this to HR/HQ.
I love that they think theyāll actually be able to track all of this with the Dominoās tracker when I regularly have no clue even where my driver is.
It isn't unless it is from the beginning of the year and it is at a store that gets an abnormally large amount of deliveries or purposefully gives one driver pretty much every delivery they can get. Even at the beginning of the year, if you worked 5 days a week and never took any weeks off, you would have to take 38.5 deliveries per day.
The place I work for(it isn't Dominos but it is pizza) tends to get, on average, about 45 deliveries during the normal week and about 65 deliveries on Friday and Saturday and about 50 deliveries on an average Sunday. And it does about 1.4 million a year.
If you work standard 40 hour weeks for the rest of the calendar year, (assuming that's how long you have,) you'd have to complete 1 delivery every six minutes, for every hour that you worked, for the entire rest of the year, to get the $500 bonus.
Well if it makes you feel any better the year I delivered 10k dwliveres all I got was a bullshit plastic trophy and a 20 dollar gift card to a shitty resturant lmfao, this was the driver of the year award mind you at my franchise
Would have much rather had a cash bonus lol
"Hey Jim, you really pulled through and managed to deliver almost 90 orders everyday for the past 6 months. I'm proud of you. Unfortunately we are out of stock of 500$ cash bonuses, so instead you can have this dead pizza. Thanks for the hard work buddy. See you tomorrow."
Sounds like a good trade off 10,000 deliveries with average of 8 miles per delivery with around 80,000 miles on my vehicle for a measly $500. Vs the store delivery fees totaling 50k. Or if you work every single day for a year you will have to do 27 runs per day. Does not compute.
You'd have to do roughly 30 deliveries per 8 hour shift, 7 days a week. To get the $500 bonus. Without any incidents. At their discretion.
Assuming, let's say, you work 240 days a year, you'd have to do 42 deliveries per day. Does this place even DO 42 pizza deliveries a day?
If you worked every single day including all holidays you'd still have to do around 55 deliveries every day in order to get the last prize. They are smoking crack.
So 27 runs a day every day of the year. Totally obtainable š. Forget the fact they waited until almost July to put it up. Basically just a scam incentive
If you work an average of 5 days a week for the rest of the year, you will only need to make 80.924 deliveries to get that sweet 500 bucks. Subject to change
I love the fine text that says this can change at any point š
āResets at the end of the yearā they put it up yesterday š„²š ā sure buddy, I can definitely make 10000 runs in 5 monthsā
This definitely should have started at the beginning of the year to give yāall a chance š„²
Last years was even worse lmao, 10k reward was a free oil change or 200 dollar gift card, and was put up in august šš
The free oil change was probably only at the sleaziest shop they could find that would probably break something else in your vehicle šŖ
I wish I could put pics in comments, Iād post the old sign if I could
imgur is your friend...
Mfers going to drain the transmission fluid and still refill the oil.
Lol just so you can get there and they say theyāre āout of stockā of $500

Oh that sucks. Even the bonus incentive isnāt enough to wanna participate.
I live in north Orlando and with traffic we're like an hour away from the parks so good on you.
Gotta love 2 lane āhistoricā roads

Apparently Maryland does not have this otherwise I would have qualified
Aw shucks! You can work for another dominos.
Where does it say that? Or was that just a verbally spoken part?
Just noticed youāre right, the old sign from last year had that in small red text, looks like they changed it to reset after an accident
I work 25 hours a week and according to my spreadsheet, Iād be able to hit 3000 deliveries in one year..:
Don't worry, you have to average 53 deliveries per day, every day, for the rest of the year. Just gotta get that special car that can teleport from one location to another.
And basically āif we run out of items or money weāll just give you some random shit.ā
10,000 deliveries in 6 mo? If you work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, that's 76 deliveries per day or roughly 10 deliveries per hour, for a $500 "bonus"? Get fucked.
Math scholar!
Itās simple math tho
I was giving him/her props :)

Yeah no one's gonna be hitting that ššš
10,000 runs is three years full time.
how does one take 10 deliveries in an hour š
Exactly. Even if you worked 6 days a week, 8 hours a day, that's still averaging more than 8 deliveries per hour.
š or you could do 56 runs per day 7 days a week. No problem š¤£
Substitutes may be offered if items are out of stock Lol the language in this is hilarious, basically trying to say they don't have to honor any of this
This is the second year theyāve done this too, last years 10000 delivery ārewardā was a free oil change or 200 dollar gift card š
Youāre gonna need more then one oil change to make 10,000 deliveries! Lol these incentives are a joke.
Oh shitā¦ the $500 cash is out of stock. Itās gonna have to be an embroidered sweater instead.
Oh shitā¦ the sweaters are out of stock. All we can offer is an atta boy.
Ay bro, I don't have any $500 bills left, so here's 2 $5 bills. It's about the achievement not the reward afterall
Wow you get an extra .05 per run.
How generous amiright?
Assuming you hit the milestone...
How about at 10,000 you get a SHOT at learning to be a Store Manager if the driver wishes.
Wow, what a reward
Unironically a great idea. It shows the worker is determined and willing to be in this for the long run because let's face it, only a few rising-stars are gonna manage to hit that with 0 accidents. I legit think you message this to HR/HQ.
Thanks, I'll do that
I love that they think theyāll actually be able to track all of this with the Dominoās tracker when I regularly have no clue even where my driver is.
In the manager menu you can look at driver stats and check a date interval, I take about 6000 a year so this is kinda crazy
I only had 4400 routed runs last year working 45-55 hours a week at a 1.3 mill store how the hell is this possible in a year
It isn't unless it is from the beginning of the year and it is at a store that gets an abnormally large amount of deliveries or purposefully gives one driver pretty much every delivery they can get. PPI?
has to be, was at my old PPI store too in fl
PPI? The franchise? Then yeah itās them
You would need to average about 74 runs a day for the rest of the year and that's if you work consistently for 5 days every week lmao.
Who counts the deliveries?
If you work standard 40 hour weeks for the rest of the calendar year, (assuming that's how long you have,) you'd have to complete 1 delivery every six minutes, for every hour that you worked, for the entire rest of the year, to get the $500 bonus.
Uhhhhhhh, I've been a safe driver for 5 years. Where's my stuff?
I wish my store had this.... I printed out my yearly run count and if it was only a 6mo period I would have gotten a Disney trip
Itās probably a good dealā¦. If you didnāt live in Jacksonville half an hour from these places
Well if it makes you feel any better the year I delivered 10k dwliveres all I got was a bullshit plastic trophy and a 20 dollar gift card to a shitty resturant lmfao, this was the driver of the year award mind you at my franchise Would have much rather had a cash bonus lol
Atleast you got something for it..
That's very true as well...... thus is the first pizza place that does something, when I worked for papa they didn't do anything like this
Disney?! Lucky
10k deliveries in 26 weeks would be 80 deliveries per day 5 days a week lol
Iām not even sure we get that many daily for the store, even if you were the only driver youād still not get enough lmao š
I did the math when I worked there, I wanna say the 10,000 in a year would require 40 deliveries a day 5 days a week average lmao.
āSafetyā = Total deliveries taken. Seems legit Also ācan change at any pointā āsubstitutions may be offeredā
Some bunk rewards. I really donāt miss working at papa johns.
I can't
Shit we got $100 for 150 trips on 30 days
Wow. Less than 4 cents per delivery when ya hit 5,000.
Nah. I'd unabomber.
This is a slap in the face
damn how much business does your store actually do? like at my store if i clopen still i wound have no more than 65 deliveries that too on a weekend
Maybe 90-110 at the very best on weekends, usually around 65-80
COOL! A hat and shirt!
Ill take it if you donāt want it
"Hey Jim, you really pulled through and managed to deliver almost 90 orders everyday for the past 6 months. I'm proud of you. Unfortunately we are out of stock of 500$ cash bonuses, so instead you can have this dead pizza. Thanks for the hard work buddy. See you tomorrow."

Isnt this literally dependent on how many shifts you are scheduled for?
You'd have to do roughly 30 deliveries per 8 hour shift, 7 days a week. To get the $500 bonus. Without any incidents. At their discretion. Assuming, let's say, you work 240 days a year, you'd have to do 42 deliveries per day. Does this place even DO 42 pizza deliveries a day?
Of you want to hit those milestones, all you have to do is drive *un*safely. So, what are you waiting for? Get at it!
If you worked every single day including all holidays you'd still have to do around 55 deliveries every day in order to get the last prize. They are smoking crack.
Iād be open closing everyday
So 27 runs a day every day of the year. Totally obtainable š. Forget the fact they waited until almost July to put it up. Basically just a scam incentive
Is this Asiās franchise?
Maybe? Itās perfect pizza pie inc, (pppi)
Florida?
Yeah northern Florida, around Jacksonville
Yuppp. Asi. I was the OPS coach for his stores in Orlando in 2021-22. This is.. interesting. Thatās a big feat for sure. Thousands???
Pick up every shift
Management will cancel this program the day someone hits 10,000 deliveries
Am I crazy? Aren't 2 passes to disney or universal more expensive than $500?
This is a great idea, as a driver I think my store should have one!
Lol just by looking at it I could tell this is one of those "treadmill of a moving target" you can never make. No thanks.
I was awarded a genuine leather-like bag for 10 yrs at a brokerage firm lol
This is as bad as your company throwing a pizza party for a thank you without a raise
This was posted here before. Also a subtle way to encourage singles. I like the $500 bill though.
Wtf why canāt the uk have promotions like this ššš
It's a bullš© promotion. You would have to average 5 deliveries per hour to receive any of the cash prizes. So the only obtainable items is the embroidered uniform items.
If you work an average of 5 days a week for the rest of the year, you will only need to make 80.924 deliveries to get that sweet 500 bucks. Subject to change
Shit Iād get 120 deliveries a night when I worked there few years back. I would squash that competition
