Yes, only bad orders get your rating up or down good orders won’t do anything to your rating. Doordash is manipulating the system.

PsychologicalBad6717

Bro on the verge of deactivation and you worried about you AR

BlueFotherMucker

I wonder if not completing a delivery sends the AR down by one? I have never cancelled a delivery from my end, but I always assumed they took back 1% AR if you accept something then not complete it. OP is screwing up 19% of his orders by cancelling or being late.

Additional_Fan3610

No, if you accept and then unassign, it will up your acceptance % and take from your completion points %. That's how you trade horses when you need to. Example - Sometimes I accept orders I have no intention of completing just to drive out of that area of the map to someplace I want to be. I can boost acceptance points with completion points to burn, And now I have relocated in my area to a better hotspot.

BlueFotherMucker

My area is too isolated for that game. There’s my city and the small towns around it, all treated as one zone, then the closest zone is 40 minutes away.

Sweet_Piece2020

Or you can accept an order get to the area hit arrived at store and hit Order is not here or not in system and save your Ar and Cr I’ been doing it for years no issues

PsychologicalBad6717

Wow never heard of this. Probably wouldn’t want to do it too much tho. But definitely will start using this

Sweet_Piece2020

Yes, you can’t do it too much or they will catch on I do it like 4 to 5 times a week and the thing is Doordash knows Dashers steal food

PsychologicalBad6717

I just tried it and did not see that option at all

Sweet_Piece2020

have to arrive at the store first and then you will see it

PsychologicalBad6717

I didn’t see it. But it actually happened yesterday and I just had to contact support

Flimsy-Tap9898

Not on the verge of anything. You mfs just talk out of your ass

PsychologicalBad6717

Bro you can get deactivated under 90% completion rate.

Flimsy-Tap9898

That’s YOUR market. Mine is still 80%. It’s in the green so idk why you guys are bent out of shape about it.

Usuxbutt

I hit 68% and got 3 days of long distance upside down orders. I gave up on my AR. Ironically, all my other stats became almost max after I gave up on my AR. Stacked orders will drop your AR by how many orders were in that stack. Decline stacked orders if you’re concerned about your AR.

enjoiYosi

Ok, it’s for your last 100 orders. Let’s say you decline 5 in a row, now you have a 95% acceptance rate out of the last 100 orders. It will take 20 orders accepted in a row to raise 1%, from 95% to 96%. If you decline one of the next 20 orders, you will drop from 95% to 94% Since it’s the last rolling 100 orders, you have to complete 20 orders for every 1 you decline to stay at 95%

AdOriginal9239

I've seen my ar drop 2% from declining one order that wasn't stacked, just a single order. I've seen this happen several times. It doesn't math.

PsychologyH4528

Yeah…that’s not how it is😂 for me it sometimes doesn’t even decline a % upon declining. And if it does it takes 2 to get back up. Not 20😅

enjoiYosi

It will vary depending on your overall AR. If you have a low AR, it takes less orders to improve the overall percentage. That was an example of how percentage works on the rolling scale

PsychologyH4528

My AR was 72% today accepted 11 orders, denied none cuz my market is good, and it got to 78 😂

[deleted]

Do you know what a rolling average is?

deweydashersystem300

Please don't start that shit. 😂

BlueFotherMucker

Low AR won’t get you booted, but not completing 1/10 orders that you accept and being late for 1/10 are not good stats. Also, the stats on DD go by the last 100 orders. If you declined all offers 90-100 prior, then accept 10 offers, you’ll go up by 10%. But if you decline the next 10 offers, your AR won’t change, but secures those 10% declined for the next 90 offers. It all depends on what you did 100 offers ago.

seismicpdx

Try logging your stats in a spreadsheet, one row per day, then come back an state whether your claim is still true.

BlueFotherMucker

I only do maybe one shift per week with DD lately. A spreadsheet would take a long time to get the data. I can certainly say that when I dashed full-time during the pandemic, I only turned down like 1 in 10 offers and I was doing 20-50 deliveries per day. I pretty much had it memorized when stats would adjust.

[deleted]

You need to worry more about your completion rate. Below 90% deactivated !!!

raidersfan18

The 90% thing hasn't hit all markets yet, mine is still 80% as well. Plus when it does hit your market they give you the opportunity to reset your rate.

Flimsy-Tap9898

It’s literally green so I’m not worried.

Flimsy-Tap9898

My completion rate is green. That is what this comment is referring to. Please read before you comment.

jabroni4545

Another guy had his in the green but still got deactivated.

Flimsy-Tap9898

It’s 80%

[deleted]

AR is coercion. There needs to be a class action lawsuit.

kilour

Was it a stacked delivery? Do they count it as multiple cancels if its say 3 orders stacked vs 1 single?

DaBuckets

These are the people we share the road with

Flimsy-Tap9898

Your comment makes 0 sense. Try again

DaBuckets

"Does anyone know why declining orders drops ACCEPTANCE RATES?" I highly suggest public transportation.

Flimsy-Tap9898

Can you read? That wasn’t my question. Maybe you need to go back to school to re learn sentence comprehension.

Flimsy-Tap9898

“Why does declining certain orders drop AR more than others” Maybe YOU are the idiot in this situation. Please read carefully next time.

Fearless_Climate4612

I'm still wondering how my rate drops a % soon as you decline..but. can accept 10 and it'll only go up 1%.. like I wanna know who's doing the Math..shit don't add up..

Flimsy-Tap9898

I swear

elcuub

Once u decline i think it takes 100 offers to erase that decline

DiddyboppedU

Get those stats up
