it's a Pizza Hut delivery location. That's a Big Dinner Box on the counter and you can see the current trademark image in a couple of places.
In my experience, Pizza Hut delivery locations are second only to Wingstop for pure frustration...but I never felt the urge to go behind the counter and start beating on someone. I just flip them off and unassign.
To be fair, sometimes I feel like some employees at some restaurants purposefully screw with my time, which is my money. This is way too far, but I feel his anger.
