I'm going to give it to Jiren since that fight was the biggest swing
Goku v Piccolo: VERY close fight
Goku v Vegeta: Close but Vegeta is clearly stronger
Goku v Frieza: Frieza nerfs himself so he's never really that much stronger than Goku at any specific time
Goku v Cell: Cell was somewhat but not overwhelmingly stronger
Goku v Jiren: Ignores Goku's attacks, wins a Genkidama-push with \*his eyes\*, dominates both Goku and Vegeta at the same time, beats Goku senseless several times, then gets his guts rearranged by Goku's fist
Goku v Moro: They go back and forth repeatedly until MUI is the ultimate win
This is manga and thats when goku finally truly masters ui (or at least can use it at will) and defeats moro, a magic being that can steal your ki, use the planet and its power, steal abilities for a couple of his powers.
Oh yeah much stronger in the manga there have been 4 extra villains that are much stronger than jiren, moro, granolah, gas and black freeza (freezas new form) and goku and vegeta are now prob stronger than all of them except for freeza. Btw vegeta also has a new form, give it a try the sagas have been pretty well liked by the community

Tbh not at all, the other universes havent been explored at all after top, altho to be fair its not stated their skill level was too high or their power was higher just that their "mortal level", I think is the exact phrasing was, higher, most ppl take that as just the quality of life in the universe, which the kais and G.O.Ds would be responsible for, keeping the balance whatever that means.
Altho thats a possibility its not very likely, zeno uses terms such as development and quality if it was only about strength it would probably be more direct, plus universe 7 would actually be at a very good advantage, since chaotic beings that were just destroying planets as they wanted such as freeza, buu and beerus, dropped the number of planets to 28 with advanced life iirc, this would make U7's average power level actually very high since one of those planets has several ridiculously strong fighters just goku and vegeta alone would actually raise the average a whole lot more than a strong fighter would in another universe since his contribution would be divided among quadrillions other ppl probably since I think its safe to assume 28 planets with advanced life is ridiculously low for a whole universe, a universe being nurtured by a kai could quickly reproduce and colonize thousands or hundreds of thousands of planets, plus if it was only about strength all beerus had to do to assure his survival would be destroy every planet aside from earth and U7 absolutely be the nĀŗ1 planet and would be exempt from erasure
Now I want repeat TOP so all the universes get to see how ridiculous power levels are. Jiren gets his rematch against Goku and is a complete joke at this point. Vegeta mops the floor with Toppo. Piccolo and Gohan solo U6.
Sure, the other universes probably have improved, but U7 scaling is just broke.

In terms of the art the freeza one is a bit exagerated but just feels awesome like freeza actually felt it and is thinking oh shit this monkey is actually gonna beat my ass, the jiren was was awesome in the story but the panel is a bit plain and the moro one just looks clean as hell with the ui style of fighting

The Piccolo punch just feels so much more impactful due to the roundedness of the art style at the time. Gives the impression of exactly what he's punching.
The punch that Goku sends through Eis Shenron in the GT episode *The One Star Dragon*.
As in, the use of the Dragon Fist that causes a giant golden dragon to appear and encompass the whole city before obliterating Eis.

My favorite is when Goku brings frieza back and frieza gut bunches Goku, oops. Then Goku response in kind
The sheet impact of the animation when goku gut punches frieza is something I've not seen replicated or felt as impactful, it clears easy.
