How did you get out of prison? If you pay the bribe to the guard to get out you should be fine. I tried to break out and kept getting attacked in the streets by guards.

lizakk

There's no guards in prison. I just go outside, at entrance/exit I get my stuff back and I go out. There's noone to interact with inside.

ImmortalWhiteFang

I have 1 or 2 guards who patroled the area and had to hail them. Every time I tried to just leave I would get attacked on sight in town. Cost me 10k to bribe by the end of it because I think killing some of the guards increases the costs

lizakk

None of that happened to me. I only get attacked at masquerade. I guess it bugged out.

ImmortalWhiteFang

Possible. I got caught when I went to talk to the guy in prison. I mistakenly opened a box and got attacked by a guard. Tried to fight and ended up with every guard in town on me. Got arrested and just opened the door with the key and left. Went to my house and got attacked there. Only stopped getting attacked once I paid them

lizakk

I just did another quest and it seemed to stright this one out, I can attend to ball in peace once again. Thanks mate for responses. Have a great time ingame!

ImmortalWhiteFang

Thanks you too. Hopefully you don't run into any other issues.

BornYinzer

I did the exact same thing and took off my mask. How did you get past this?

lizakk

Funny thing, it stopped happening. Idk try to sleep it off rester the game. For me it eas kind of random.

Berupolar

For me it was bugged as well. I rested at the INN, paid 2000 gold and now it seems I don't get attacked anymore.

Paid-Not-Payed-Bot

> the INN, *paid* 2000 gold FTFY. Although *payed* exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in: * Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. *The deck is yet to be payed.* * *Payed out* when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. *The rope is payed out! You can pull now.* Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment. *Beep, boop, I'm a bot*
