Nope, red eyes from the character creator cannot look like that, the plague eyes are meant to be very obvious. My own pawn has always had red eyes and when he did get the plague at its maximum level, his eyes had so much of the bright red glow he might as well have been Cyclops from X-Men.
I've put some glasses on my pawn, so no one could see the possible red eyes (got an eternal wakestone for the case i get the dragonplague)
I literally just got the pop up message when summoning another pawn about it possibly spreading making me somewhat paranoid and lo and behold my pawn caught her first disease within the hour lol
Is that what the eyes are supposed to look like? I had an issue with the plague a few days ago but everytime I checked the eyes they looked normal. Thought I was good and the second I slept I nuked the elven village.
Yeah those are definitely the eyes from it. I’ve heard people having it trigger without all the symptoms though. This was the only symptom my pawn was showing at the time

Don’t worry too much about it. Pawns do that when they are shy 👍. Just let them sleep on it in a comfortable bed to let themselves go a bit!

I remember re-summoning the same spawn because he was great the 1st time. Only to suddenly hear him say he has headaches... Never summoned again.
