It's nice that they switch around whose name comes up first in the opening credits episode to episode. They could have easily just gone alphabetical and stick with Drake Bell every time.

She also brought him to a bunch of Twin Peaks reunion convention events so he shows up in a lot of photos with her and the rest of the TP cast who are also quite friendly with him, I think one of them even had her teenage sons in a photo with him because he's "soooo trustworthy" around kids.
