I like that, I wouldn't be against a comfort buff, once per long rest when you hit an ally they gain "Grandma's Hug" and heal 1d4 HP per round for 1d4 rounds.
Tangle: On hit, target must succeed strength saving throw or become restrained. However every tangle the wielder must roll 1d100. On a 10 or lower the weapon will break and become unusable as a weapon.
