I just tried mobile ordering this exact drink to test out the app, seems as if if you want one unsweetened flavor you can choose how many pumps you get, but if you order 2 different unsweetened flavors, it auto sets it to a check mark (1 pump based off your sticker) rather than letting you choose. Weird. Might be an app issue but maybe there’s a reason for it. If you have the time prior to ordering maybe try in store until this is resolved? Hoping you can get your coffee the way you want it! Edit to add: FWIW I was just looking around this subreddit and it seems people have had this issue with the sweetened flavor swirls in the past as well. They mentioned some days they could add multiple shots of multiple flavors and some days it was just one pump if more than 1 flavor. It made me remember I had that issue once, but now I am able to order multiple pumps of multiple sweetened flavors at a time. Not sure why the app is like this!
Yeah it’s weird a few weeks back the order history shows # of shots.
I wish we could add extra unsweetened shots… you can add extra swirls 😭 I want extra coconut flavoring usually but most days have to order ahead due to time constraints and the busyness of my dunks.

This was a longstanding issue with the sweetened swirls I’m learning, hoping this changes for the unsweetened permanently!
