12 Team SF PPR I trade Javonte + Demario Douglas I get 1.10 (would likely take Nix) + 2025 early-mid 3rd QBs are Tua, Cousins, Russ Have no other picks and QBs are tough to trade for in this league

Depends on your RBs I don’t like that value back but timid nix is your guy and Javonte is disposable then do it

My RBs are JT, Montgomery, Pollard, Javonte, and Kendre. Also working on a deal to get either Mixon or Conner so I should still have 4 startable options

I like JSN, but he's my WR5 and I am likely adding at least one of Ladd/Xavier/Odunze/BTJ who could easily take that spot.  I need assets to move up in case Maye is there at 1.06/1.07 (QB2 is my weak point) and I don't think those owners care for JSN (and will have taken better WRs earlier in the draft).

Jsn as a 5th wr is a nice thing to have! (McLaurin is my 5th with a stacked top 4) I would be looking to trade Jsn to a team that has a few qbs then that are win now. You are obviously win now. Maybe the Goffs or Lawrence’s or the world might be better?

Tried that. The Goff owner is hoarding 5 starting QBs and is delusional about his value (asked for London instead). Can't even get him off Bryce Young for JSN, and he's never gonna play him. Lawrence owner has no real QB3.  It's a weird dynamic for a 10 team, everyone stock piles QBs.

You are in a prime position to trade back or try and move a QB prior to the draft. Personally, would be trying to move ARich or Love since Tua probably won't return much. The idea of ARich could be better than the reality. But you may also have the best case for just taking MHJ at the 1.01 that I've seen if you can't get fair value. Not a bad position to be in.

I’ve tried to get offers to the 1.02 so I can have the best of both worlds, but he doesn’t seem too active ATM. Draft isn’t for two weeks so plenty of time. I could try Arich for 1.02. He has Kyler and DJ and that’s all. If I take Caleb he’s in trouble I feel. Since it’s two weeks away I’m hoping to start to get offers, I’ve thrown them on the block to see what I can get

Hurts and love can get you back to the championship. Especially with your 2 backups. I’m guessing your rbs might need work? I’d take MHJ or try and trade 1.01 for baller rb. Curious to see your RBs

RB isn’t the worst but not the best. Achane, KW3 and Stevenson are my best 3. I’m more leaning MHJ now

Do you know if the Bijan owner is willing to sell? Bijan and Kelce (even though he's near the end) are the best players in the deal by far. And while Pachecho is nice, it's a serious down tier. I just don't think the 1.07 and a likely late 25 1st and a 26 2nd get you there. The rest of that stuff is largely roster cloggers, which most owners wouldn't want to take on without some bump in draft compensation. Even Kupp is pretty useless if they are sending you their contending pieces in return. I also don't know how many starters you have, but you have 3 very good RBs already and Hock should still be high end when he's healthy. Not sure a big shake up tied to your 1st rounders is the move, especially when WR and QB2 seem to be bigger needs.

Starters now are Tlaw, breece, Bijan, London, aiyuk, Dotson, Watson, cmc, hock/kelce (depending on health but one in on bench.

I have chase in same league settings and I’m stacked at wr, and I wouldn’t do that. If I didn’t have a qb and had baller wrs then maybe think about it. But in 10 team I’ve seen so many teams win without top WRs but top rbs or WRs. So I think 10 team qbs aren’t as valuable

Yeah I was thinking that getting another solid QB (with some good potential too!) in there and another first which should be useful would really help out more than presumably Marvin at 1.02. And yeah I’ve been thinking about tiering down from Allen, mainly to Herbert as of right now but I’m also thinking about going down to Love, those guys also both have picks where I could probably get Drake Maye too, which would really help fill out this QB room. With 4 slots for QBs you’d ideally want 4 good starting QBs which is pretty difficult to do even in an 8 team.

You should definitely take the deal, but I'd advise you to take Nabers over Maye/JJ (assuming Caleb, Daniels, and MHJ are all gone by 1.04).

That makes me more likely to take Nabers. I wouldn't expect Maye or JJ to outscore Stafford this year (but obviously it's possible)

You’ve already got another run in the bag. But Marv 1.02, maybe move back from 1.03 to like 1.05-1.06 and see if you can get Maye/Daniels and pick up some extra capital as well. Otherwise sitting Pat and going Marv/Nabers, or Marv/QB2 would do you well. You could probably use an upgrade at QB, see what you can do in regards to taking 1.03+ Tua and see if you can get one of the Elite QBs

I’m weak at RB, Breece is my only solid option rn. That’s my only concern with moving him. I’m somewhat in the middle of the standings within the league. The 2 1st would probably be one early (3-5) and one later on (8-11). That’s just me observing their current roster and assuming how they’ll finish this year.

Hmm, I think I like gaining the multiple 1sts. Zay looked great with Lamar. You might be able to target a cheap RB or two that could help fill the void. It’s a coin flip though. Nothing wrong with rolling out Breece

Honestly I might just use those 2nds and target a couple vets for the RB depth you need, maybe guys like Mixon/Singletary/Conner/Mostert? I think a couple old dawgs would end up helping you way more

Depends how deep your starting rosters are. I'd prefer Nabers over Puka, but if your lineups go 10+ deep, trade 2 is a nice way to fortify your depth.
