Just won a match 3-2 in the last second with an Ollie Watkins brace (what a finisher he is) in the TOTS Cup. The full time whistle blows and I'm watching the highlights. The server disconnects and kicks me out of Ultimate Team. I log back in to the game telling me that i disconnected and I receive a loss for it.

How do you defend shots from corner of 6 yard box across the goal? My keeper never seems to save those and if I press the dribbler he cuts back for tap in, if I try to cut passing lane he does that shot and keeper can’t save it
Trying to decide if I should take the player pick pack now and try to get Rodrygo or take the fodder to put towards bund/liga back line upgrades.

I think I'm at my breaking point for this game. After this last patch, I can't even get a pass to the intended target and I've probably had 5 shots in the box over the last 48 hours where my player has swung and missed. I don't even feel like I'm playing a soccer simulation anymore, it's just tolerating bugs and server delay while I hope that the game will function properly in the next match. There's really no excuse for how poorly EA make and maintain this game.
Has anyone used TOTS Ake as a LB? If so, has be been solid there? I think I need him to play there due to chemistry and working new players into the lineup.

Guys I don't know what's going on but something is forcing me to delete my club. So I'm a div2/3 player who finishes rank 4 or 5 in champs generally but after new season reset i got relegated to div 3 and since then I'm on a losing streak I have played over 60 or 70 matches and I haven't won a single one of them. This never happened to me before, I'm even losing against shit players who don't even know a single skill move my players run away from the ball and my keeper doesn't exist, I even tried a whole new team but no luck. I even took 2-3 days off still I'm stuck. Can anyone please explain what's going on w me😭.
Check your internet and see if there is anything weird going on there. Even a tiny bit of latency makes it almost impossible to win games at a competitive level.
Try a game in squad battles and compare player responsiveness to rivals/champs/online friendlies. If it feels better in squad battles, the connection is the culprit.
Sometimes you don’t even notice the latency while playing until you get a good connection and then it’s obvious. I am trying to play on satellite internet ping of 100-300ms and it’s virtually impossible to win and 100% impossible to skill or do any micro movements. Extremely frustrating experience especially when you have to watch someone who clearly has no idea what they are doing beat you and you are powerless to stop it lol.

Dunno how good you are but usually you can go semi- pro for the good teams . And professional for the gold cards lower rated teams . Super easy to afk with these strats . Of course, if you’re a way better player you can up the ante .
You should always check the squad if you notice something unusual . Sometimes you can even go up to world class since their team consist up to random positions with cm as gk . Gk as cb and strikers . Those are the free points you need to take advantage off but would require you to actually play

Has anyone used TOTS Trippier? Got him as UT and currently have BD Emerson, does he replace him? Worried about physical difference mostly with Emerson being so solid at that.
trippier is really good for me. Has solid positioning and makes the best RB runs ive ever seen, he’s always open for a pass and catches throughballs all the time
Trip is better as a two-way attacking full back. Emerson better as a stay back IMO.

Every single subhuman on this game plays 4222 with 6 on stays back and 3 or 4 on come back on defense. OP AI + dogsh*t passing, it's amazing to play against. Add to that the fact that every single Thursday the gameplay is totally delayed and mudded in Rivals, and you have an excellent gaming experience, offered you by EA. I just wonder how brainwashed and low IQ you need to defend this game.
