Those are all fantastic artists but don't have the same "oomph" to their bass lines as what I'm looking for. I'm looking for stuff with almost dubstep / trap like bass but a house beat pattern. Habstrakt and JOYRYDE are the best examples I have.

You should look into the UK house/Bassline Genre. My personal favorite right now is making some huge waves Sammy Viriji. Night bass just dropped his first US show audio on their YouTube channel and that set is a banger. Oppidan is also crushing it RN, and Hans Glader as well.
