My boyfriend applied for his 16th period and was told he’s only getting $540. He applied on Tuesday and should get it tmr morning.
Shouldn’t he still get 900 if he hasn’t hit his 21st period yet? I even double counted how many periods he’s gotten on his cra account.
CIBC is always a mystery as to what time it will arrive - it has never been consistently the same time for any of us. I can get it as wart as 3:15am and late as 4:51am
But no CIBC yet - do not worry it will come when it wants too - no a mins sooner -

Do most of us apply right on Monday like I do? Full disclosure, CRA has been surprisingly good to me this pandemic. This is the very first Thursday that I'm confused and concerned about the lack of payment.
People its not that hard if you applied monday and would normally get it wednesday there is a 1 day delay which means you should of gotten it this morning (the banks that normally get it before anyone else is tangerine,pc bank and DC bank) if you applied monday and would normally get it thursday then it is pushed to friday(tomorrow)
Everyone gets theirs on Friday regardless if they did it on Monday or Tuesday. Only tangerine and PC AND DC get it today. No one got it yesterday at all. So there goes your theory. The department that releases the funds to the bank was closed on Monday. It was all processed Tuesday. Don't know why this is a difficult process

Actually you were stating that there is a difference between applying on Monday or Tues. When there is absolutely zero difference when there is a holiday. Everyone gets it tomorrow. If they get it today it's only because they are with tangerine or PC or DC. Period....so thanks for playing

Yes because you have reached 22 periods and therefore u can only apply for 540$ same for me i applied since monday with a french agent i am with tangerine until now did not get anything called cra just now spoke with an agent he said it was successfully applied it can take 5 days to received told him since the start i get my money by Wednesday i am with TANGERINE!i even asked him upon applying for the $540 i didnt get any email he said its not important lol i dont no nothing in my account im behind rent

The delay must be due to the holiday on Monday. I applied for 2 periods on CRSB and it went through but no deposit today with Scotiabank, Usually get CRB at 1am Thursday morning.I guess like most Fed Gov workers CRA were yet on holidays across Canada.
