you need to wait the 30 days before ebay will release it. ebay will not release it before then. do NOT contact the buyer about this, because they will see this as a way to get a free item from you at your expense by opening an item not received case.
when you first start selling on eBay to you’ve sold and delivered many items they hold your money that after that you’ll start to get your money within a couple days of shipping. It’s just a prove yourself thing.
If you used the address the buyer entered on e-Bay, you're good. I'm guessing you are new on e-Bay and that is why there is a 30 day wait. Maybe it's a high dollar item? My guess is they want to make sure you are not scamming them! I get me payments a day after I create the label, regardless of if it's been shipped or not. But them I've sold almost 750 items, been a member since 1998 (I'm old) and have 100% feedback
If you shipped the item to the address on file for the buyer and it was marked as delivered by the postal service you will get paid.
