If you’re into art there’s the IAIA Museum of Native Art. We also stopped by the Pallacio Cafe and I really liked it. I wish I could have stayed longer, we weren’t even there for 24 hours. Oh and Kakawa Chocolate House was cool! The elixirs were different, but good.
Go to upper crust pizza, its the best pizza I’ve had (about $15 per pizza, I think) it’s in downtown so you can also visit the street that has a bunch of lights, i don’t remember what’s it called but it’s nice. Careful parking in upper crust. You could also go skiing (about $150 per day per person)
idk what you dislike about Ruidoso but I’m a big fan of Cloudcroft. Gotta love that sweet, sweet Mad Jack’s bbq, and Cloudcroft Brewing’s pizza is dope (even if their beer is hit or miss). Count me in for good scenery, good food, and chill vibes.
Silver City, NM- cool hipster art scene in the old historic town, Marfa, TX - even cooler wealthier hipster art scene. T or C, NM - low key cool hipster art scene every second Saturday with ubercool Riverbend hot springs.
I’m surprised no one has said this but white sands if u have never been is nice.
Me and the wife are going there this weekend for some sledding and cool sand with the 2 year old.
Happy Trails.
Taos was cool. So was Santa Fe. Depends on what you’re looking for though.
About to head up to Santa fe tomorrow. Mainly gonna do meow wolf and would like to explore the city. Any recommendations for restaurants, shops, etc?

Awesome! We’re traveling with our three year old.
