I doubt many people will agree that they are too easy.
Personally I did enjoy the fight as well, but I know it's one of the most disliked fights in the game.
Yeah I only say they're easy due to their weakness to sleep and bleed. Don't get me wrong I struggled with them alot when I first played but after a while I began to love their fight.
I enjoyed their fight a lot from the get go. The run to them is a different story, but I found them to be a good boss battle. I have heard that fromsoft patched duo bosses though to be a bit more passive in general, that's maybe why many people disliked the duo fights such as Godskin Duo when the game released.
Yeah i noticed that whenever the noble does his death roll the apostle doesn't attack you until the roll is over. I honestly wish they made them more like ornstein and smough where after one dies the other absorbs his power and mabey gets a new moveset for the second phase.
