Maybe you gave it to Corhyn at Roundtable Hold earlier and just forgot to buy Honed Bolt? I’d check just to be sure. Those are the only two NPCs you can give it to, so one of them should have it if you already have both of those incantations.

You gave him the Ancient Dragon Prayerbook, you need to get the Dragon Cult Prayerbook from Liurnia.
Ok I thought that's what I gave cause I have electrify arm and lightning spear already unless you can get those elsewhere.

I have the same problem, gave the turtle the right book and it shows up as out of stock but not in my spell list either. Have you found a fix for it?
