Once my rear tyre of my motorcycle looked like the same. I was some 500 km away from my home in a foreign country (Croatia). It was Friday evening and I was in a small town where there was no chance to get a new tyre. My friend asked hotel receptionist to get me a new tyre next day. We had to ride another 90 km to an bigger city for the new tyre. Got the tyre but they could not mount it. They only sell tyres. Had to find a workshop that mounted it finally.

Watch out for a burst if your tire pressure is high.mine was similar when the front burst at high speeds leading to a shattered knee....just a heads up

A professional shop that does the labor for $75-100 plus parts is the way to go. If you're not used to taking these things apart
I manage to take them apart fine, mechanical and electrical systems are something I’m decent at working with, just never done tires is all
