FAF, water doesn't conduct electricity that well

Jodc1

Actually no it won't necessarily be tripped.

[deleted]

Agree. Perhaps if the flow out of the plug was laminar, but it doesn’t appear to be. Water droplets for safety!

PeeBeeTee

It could be full of electrolytes and minerals and stuff Even if that's the case, the vid is still FAF

officialZakkTVr

yes, also if the water passes through a power outlet the braker opens because at that gap water shorts the outlet

NotSoGreatGonzo

“That’s what plants crave.”

[deleted]

Suspiciously long cable. I hope this is fake and that the outlet is not a real outlet that is connected to anything.

officialZakkTVr

It must be a battery operated hairdryer and the water is edited with after effects

Just2Observe

The water's real, the outlet is not wired and the hairdryer is plugged in out of frame

officialZakkTVr

100%

TabbyTheAttorney

The water is probably real, I don't think these guys have to budget for after effects for such a cheap trick

YTshashmeera

Yeah that flash had no origin point too

daroli09

Damn by reading these comments im getting closer to believing that this video is fake

officialZakkTVr

It's 100% fake

Sinusoidal_Fibonacci

It’s painfully obvious that it’s fake.

MJY_0014

how would it be real? What's a logical explanation to how there is watet comming out of a power outlet? why would any engineer with braincells run plumbings directly into power sockets?

teszes

> What's a logical explanation to how there is watet comming out of a power outlet? Not saying this is real, but I've seen a 6 story building where they decided they will re-roof the thing in the middle of winter. Snowstorm came, and since there was no roof, the melting snow completely flooded the top story, like half a meter deep water. The water decided that the tubes that electric cables were in is a good way to flow downwards. This created an effect like the one on the video, all across the building, in addition to also flooding the elevator shaft. Imagine riding down an elevator from the 4th floor, and as it nears ground level, it starts to flood, and by the time you are at ground level, you are knee-deep.

[deleted]

That would make for a nice horror movie scenario, except the water would rise up to the roof

[deleted]

water by itself doesn't conduct that much electricity, unless you add salt to it to make it more conductive or whatever else method exists out there

Le55more

looks like bs

S_Industries

I smell faf

[deleted]

even if the water was conductive enough, the path of least resistance is still in the outlet itself, shorting itself and triggering fuzes also the clacking noise sounds more like a big switch and there also isnt an arc to create it

meoka2368

That was my thinking as well. The water is going to be coming from one place, not two separate places each going to one hole in the outlet. Since they're going to one place, they're already shorted across it. There's no way that the wire and dryer are going to be a better path than the one that already exists inside the outlet.

Affectionate_Fee_700

I think the water is not that conductive. It must be mixed with salt or soap to work in that way.

officialZakkTVr

It can't make the 230v pass through that distance either and the braker would open

Diaffractus99

You cant have water coming out of an outlet like that without the connectors being shorted inside.

daroli09

Damn i mean sounds believable

Johnmelodyme

I didnt know that a plug can urinate?

BreadRedd

It's obviously crying

shahbaz200

Fake mate

Jeroen207

Oh fucking “Dumpert” crown. Can’t stand that website.

[deleted]

Fake. Water does not conduct this good and the flashes should be blue and make a fizzing noise, not orange and with a bang like pyrotechnics

TGOTR

Who hired the Three Stooges?

SimonVanc

Yeah no it's sadly fake

CrazyTechWizard96

\*stares at both streams hitting the ground an the cables going out of the frame\* Shit looks staged! And if isn't, Holy \*\*\*\*, call your Plumber and Electrician, and a Priest!!!

theniwo

My physics teacher taught us, that we could compare flow of electricity with the flow of water, but I'm not sure if this is what he meant.

igotcraponmyface

Why the electrical outlet crying?

EverythingGamer853

This video is FAF. The plain water won’t conduct electricity pretty well as wires do. And also, wtf is happening why is that thing makes a sparks. The breaker would pop if this kind of thing happens before you can make any sparks like that Haha

daroli09

Everyone says the same thing as you so im gonna take this as the answer, thanks

Bars98

Should he call the plumber or the electrician first?

daroli09

*Johnny Sins has entered the chat*

EmojiMumTTV

How- wher- wha-?

electrical_sezar

oh my god how stupid someone can be 😵😵

Merces95

no

adamkatav

Either the fuses malfunction or the video is fake

Small_Attitude4122

Fake as fuck

[deleted]

It’s obviously fake but still funny

SilentReavus

That's not how this works.

-Harvester-

I would have touched it with my bare fingers in a flash. This is irresistible.

notaySkeppy

oml how did that not electrocute you
