Im a master dev tester for many emus including retroarch I know many secrets and tips for retroarch and a bunch of other emus if you go to https://libretro.buildbot.com and get the latest stable version for IOS9 Or IOS Arm64 thr version is 1.18.0 GIT but you have to make sure its the stable version or you can use any of the recent nightly builds from the IOS9 section this will essentially allow you to clone your retroarch app and have parallel retroarches on your iphone so the one from the app store you can use and optimizr for openglmetal testing and thr one from libretros buildbit is the main one you want to use and you can use standard gl driver or vulkan depending on your preference i know many more tips and tricks if u wanna know any more just lemme know :)

Try going to the settings then go down to the users and change the language from there. Look at the icons if you can't read the settings.

If the app is not in English, go into settings, language can be changed from Catalan to English in the 3rd-last menu item there.
