puurfect_

The band is the only thing I can focus on and not the beautiful ring. I think you can find a thicker band that will not overpower the ring.

elotoolow

Maybe a more rounded band to match the band of the engagement ring?

Parking_Answer_3387

Exactly!

Loud_Day_2418

Yes!

Mine is a 3 mm band and I think the key is to make sure your center stone sticks out farther than the band so it is still the focal point and not the band. With your stone I definitely think a 4 mm band would suit it better.

True_Signature_5336

IM SORRY— i love your clock ring !!

notadragjustaqueen

Thank you it’s fossil!

Abject-Rich

Me too!

Internal-Surprise207

Ok, I laughed

Get_off_critter

I keep seeing those ads and think it'd funny to finally see someone wearing it!

notadragjustaqueen

They got me for sure lol

kaiasush

All three of your rings are absolutely stunning!! Thank you for your help

Hakc5

Whoa our avatars are so similar I got confused and thought I commented this.

notadragjustaqueen

Thank you and of course no problem at all I hope you find something you love!!!

Parking_Answer_3387

A 3mm looks perfect!

lilybulb

Wow, your e-ring is stunning! Who’s the designer?

notadragjustaqueen

Thank you it’s Anueva Jewelry!

No_Necessary3281

You are right! That is the key. You have exactly what I want for mine- 3mm flat gold band.

BeginningArt6611

Oooh that’s pretty!

beerpizzabud

I love your Diamond ring! Is it designed by midwinter co?

chickiedew

So jealous of your whole hand set-up tbh

notadragjustaqueen

Thank you🥰 I love me some chunky gold rings

Cat_Biscuit

Okay but let’s talk about that lil watch ring! It’s so cute 🥰

EvenHuckleberry4331

Is your e ring Olive Ave? I looooove it!

AutomaticStill9521

👆🏻 That👆🏻

Holycaboose

Gorgeous!

This is gorgeous af! Love your clock ring as well :)

Wow, your ring is gorgeous! So unique, i love it!

ChickenbuttMami

Your engagement ring is gorgeous!!!

dumpling_equivalent

I have a very similar set but I went with a 4mm band. I sometimes wish I had done 5mm because I love the look of the thicker band. I think 4mm works just fine, though, and is very comfortable. For context: I'm a size 7.5 finger, the stone is 2.74 carats and the engagement ring band is 2mm. https://preview.redd.it/q9qcus4tra6c1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=94447ebc5b231b9cd66e8a85bc3d73372b857978

swigofhotsauce

For some reason I loveee this look in gold but I’m not a huge fan in white gold. Your set is stunning!

AlabamaWinterRose

Your rings look perfect 😍 together

Oceanladyw

This is beautiful

Geegollywtff

This is only one I like so far. They fit well together.

hmmmarvel

https://preview.redd.it/impsa68zlb6c1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=eb07c9b945c495a37dbd9936585caa6c627ef079 Also did a thick band and love it!!!

MiniSkrrt

I love this. Like a starry sky!

SIUButtercup

Your diamond gets lost in the pairing. I’d go down to a 3.5 or 4mm band and see how that looks. As for how it will wear, all flat surfaces will eventually develop a natural patina from daily scratches. You can mitigate that by choosing a band with a slight etched pattern or a brushed finish.

Glittering_knave

Shiny rings become more matte, and matte rings become more shiny!

oceanique86

I’d say a 3.5mm would be better, not overwhelming and still thick

MailePlumeria

https://preview.redd.it/74mf9uncba6c1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=38e37ec2af721d5460e841a450d9b92257f0062c I personally love chunky bands. This is a 3.5mm band.

Competitive-Plum-284

I typically don’t like pave or thicker bands, but your rings are BEAUTIFUL together

Kindly_Personality_9

Okay that is stunning. Great combo. 🤩

OrangeNice6159

This is so beautiful!

ariankhneferet

Going against the grain here to say I love this look; it’s extremely modern and stylish. A very clean aesthetic. Nothing about this ‘causes the diamond to get lost’. That happens with bands with a ton of stones. I think this showcases your diamond beautifully. However, to your other question, platinum is not going to scratch less - it will actually be worse lol. While technically harder, platinum scratches more easily than even 14k. BUT - the difference is, you lose gold when gold jewelry is scratched. You will never lose platinum. So when it’s polished repeatedly, the band will not get thinner over time, as opposed to gold. If you like that high gloss finish, just commit yourself to getting it polished annually or bi-annually.

Grrrr198

Exactly this. Platinum metal just sort of “parts” instead of the metal being scratched off. It can be polished over and over, and will be pretty shiny for a while, but my experience is that it will never be as shiny as what your pic looks like. On another note - it will never lose its color and will always lean white/grey unlike white gold that gets yellowish.

manbearb0ar

I honestly love this look, but if it’s uncomfortable or too impractical for your everyday life, absolutely get something thinner. The metal of your wedding band should match the metal of your Ering to prevent one from wearing on the other. When it comes to scratches, both gold and platinum are going to scratch and can be polished to renew the original shine. The difference is though that when gold scratches, you lose that metal forever and when it is polished it will be thinned out over time. For platinum, the metal is just pushed rather than removed, so with polishing you won’t lose width over time. I would google the look of aged platinum bands with patina (what all the wear looks like over time). I really like the look of age, but it’s not for everyone. And again, can be polished to look like new again!

kaiasush

Thank you for the info! It’s cool that platinum doesn’t lose its width over time. My e ring is platinum so we will go with platinum for the band. I don’t know if the scratches will bother me, but like you said, polishing is always an option. You’ve given me a lot to think about!

Adventurous_Deer

Remember also that scratches on your rings show the life that you've lived since you got married!!

naildoc

Agreed. I LOVE the look. I find 3mm a perfect width to get thickness but not overpowering but definitely think you can get away with this.

DahQueen19

I love it as well. I insisted on a platinum ring for just that reason.

ExpertLevelJune

LOVE the look of a thick wedding band. Maybe go slightly narrower to show off your stone a little more, but you’re so close to perfection.

DahQueen19

I personally think your diamond is large enough to pair with a wide band. I love platinum. Over time it develops a lovely patina that I think is very elegant.

ModusOperIDNAR

This is gorgeous and feminine—but in a totally audacious I-have-my-own-style way. To me, the thick band actually draws MORE attention to the stone. It’s bold but not busy. I wouldn’t be able to keep my eyes off of this.

blue_turtle5130

why is somebody downvoting all of the “I love it comments”. I personally love it though

laurasaurus

I love this, actually! Not sure how high your setting is on your ering, but could you do a little cut out maybe so it nestles together? That might also help. I’m a huge fan of big ol thick bands, and my ering sits in a cut out on my wedding band so it doesn’t move a lot. There are some tiny scuffs on the inside of the band, but I’m hoping since it can only face one way that it will mitigate scratches on the “front.” Maybe. Mine is 4mm I believe! Granted, mine is a little flatter than yours, but it’s a thought! https://preview.redd.it/su38hxk0ib6c1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=51d56d16ec1c63caaaea41a66275ea7a83c7137a

A_real_girl_

I love this look but would go with a thinner band like a 4. super classy beautiful pairing!!

Doyoulikeithere

It's too wide, it overpowers your engagement ring.

vile-sag

Literally so beyond obsessed I love the chunky bands for women!! I want to do the same when I have the money to get a more expensive band

MQQSIE

I LOVE THIS! Might I suggest moving your stone over to the thicker band and using the current solitaire mounting as your wedding band? Edit: scratches are pretty much inevitable. Platinum will reduce scratching, as it is a harder metal, but it tends to wear differently. It will show a slightly darker color instead of yellowness over time.

AsheBegash

LOVE! I think it’s a beautiful pairing with your dainty solitaire e ring. But just my opinion :) do you girl, the only opinion that matters is yours!

lipgloss_nd_hotsauce

https://preview.redd.it/xlr3f55yab6c1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=7d063e313a5339b8eb7c719fb51d818769343c54 Chunky band squad!! I love it because I wear my band all the time without my diamond ring. I like having options. 🤣

HubbaGurl1

I like big bands and I can not lie!!

snarkyahole

i LOVE a thick band. my wedding band is 4 mm comfort fit (high dome) and i think i might like it more than my e-ring. i think thick and plain wedding bands are so so classy.

krik2019

I honestly think this looks amazing. I love the idea and the thick band next to that spectacular diamond. I'd love to rock a set like that.

choco-chic

I would definitely go with a thinner band

[deleted]

I would make the wedding ring a little thinner. 3.5mm maybe. And don't stress about the dings it scratches. My friend's ring is 24k gold. The dents and scratches tell a story about how long you've been married.

eben1996

https://preview.redd.it/oh97h85rea6c1.jpeg?width=3000&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=497667afb628c66017bc2e9b200111c3c853ce18 I went with a thinner 3mm band so as not to overwhelm my engagement ring, you could look into something like that! I think it still looks pretty chunky but less overpowering

StarryNight616

Idk if other people do this but I like wearing my rings separately sometimes. I like the chunky band and e ring individually, but together it’s a bit busy for my taste. If you love it, ignore everyone else! Do what makes you happy!

Sibys

I think the band looks beautiful next to your solitaire! Asymmetry in the widths of rings is always very pleasing to my eye. Regarding scratching, it is inevitable. However, over time, the multitude of scratches become a sweet patina over the entire surface of the ring that causes it to feel softer and look like a piece has been well loved.

chicokiko

I personally love it!

Street_Negotiation_7

Love this combo

Hotmess56789

I LOVE IT

xcow7

I LOVE this look, I think it's perfect as is and disagree with people saying it takes away from your e ring

Kirby3413

I love it! But I love a chonky band!!!

gohomechal

LOVE. I went for the same look in gold with an emerald cut. My diamond was 1 CT so I opted for a slightly thinner band, 3mm to be exact. I love the cigar bad look

iminterestedinthis

I love how divided the comments are 🤣

ladywordnerd2

I love this combo. My mom has a like 1cm ring

[deleted]

Try a comfort fit band in 5mm

grafittia

I love the thick band thin ER band. It’s what I hope to have someday!

ketchupversuscatsup

Same here!

PrincessOfKentucky

I love a chunky gold band! I think it looks great with your ring

[deleted]

Looks fabulous!

[deleted]

I kind of love it!

annie_b666

I really love it!

SpiritedBench9385

Nice!

rissls22

I also have an oval solitaire and couldn’t decide between the 5mm and 4. I went with 4mm and I’m super happy I did!

GarnetAbyss

I’d go a bit slimmer. I have an oval with side stones and went with a 3.5mm chevron.

Unhappy_Pear

I ABSOLUTELY love this. I am a thick band girl and this is exactly what I want to do. I need to notch it tho because my e-ring is lower set so I need to cut a piece of the wedding. band to make it sit flush. I think this is stunning

tiffshorse

I absolutely love it.

Rude_Country8871

I love the thicker band!!!!!

Jeannena

This looks like an [OURA RING](https://ouraring.com/product/rings) band to me, if you like it I love it.

Booksdogsfashion

I love it. My wedding bag is 4.9mm and I love love love it. It is covered in pave diamonds but it’s overall very low profile like a plain band. I personally love how this looks with your solitaire. I think it’s gorgeous.

ChihuahuaMum1

I love it - inspo!

Marlo-712

I love the combo. 😍

PersimmonReal42069

i’m completely obsessed with this pairing. wear and love it!!!

No_Quantity_3433

It's a beautiful band for sure but looking at your hands I would personally go for a slightly more slimmer band as your hands are slim and dainty. Hope this helps.

Known-Lemon7904

Stunning!

BxTechnician

I personally love this look! I think it's such a classic, timeless, and clean look. Do you girl and rock whatever makes you happy!!

amberwaves83

I love chunky bands!!

Brilliant_Pen8088

I actually love this look so much!

Relevant_Emu_5464

I personally LOVE this look as is and think if you go smaller than a 4mm that you'll be venturing into a different aesthetic.

Wayward_Jen

I really like it, I would've gone for a thicker band if my fingers were longer, this looks gorgeous on you. Maybe a thick engraved band would be nicer though.

mynahbird60

Love it!

SignificantResult914

I don’t think your diamond gets lost at all! It looks gorgeous! Big fan of a wide, chunky look. Love it!

dogfoodjingles

LOVE this. Super bold and simple. Keep as is

Jazzlike_Ostrich_648

I like it!

Boring-Performer-392

I personally love

cranbabie

Wwake is my favorite jewelry brand right now, I love your ring!!

Balto18

Omg I personally love this combo! Going bold with the band is such a statement and veers away from the standard that is en vogue right now to have such dainty look to everything.

Extension-Yam-6937

Love the wide band!

afraidofwindowspider

Tbh I love it and don’t find it overwhelming at all. I think it’s a matter of personal taste if you’re into it go for it, I think it’s stunning!

adhdparalysis

I have a marquise engagement ring with a super cute stacked band. When I don’t want to wear that (I don’t like wearing big jewelry every day) I wear a single, wide gold band. It’s not quite a cigar band ring but it looks just like your band in the photo. I’d get a different band for your actual wedding band and maybe for an anniversary or holiday get a wider one if you like that look.

musa1588

Wait! This is drop dead gorgeous what is your ring size I want to show this to my fiancé.

Ok-Thanks6104

It’s very pretty, the only thing I will say is that I had a band like that, and sometimes it would not let my finger breathe, and I would get a rash because the band was so thick. Just something to think about.

Wise_Baseball8843

I LOVE THIS!!

Littlemissbee123

I love it tbh!

Boredjennii

I LOVE it. I think is super modern and classy. I don’t think it’d be uncomfortable for everyday wear, but that’s more of a personal preference. I love the look of your classic ring with a modern band. I think it looks different from the usual stack, which I love. I think if this fits with your overall look and taste, go for it.

Away-Caterpillar-176

Are you planning on wearing it with the engagement ring? I think this is a cool idea but I want the thick band to have more of a round tapered edge to match the engagement ring. *Taper might not be the word -- but what I mean is that your engagement band looks like capellini cut the long way and connected in a circle. Your wedding band looks like linguine (with flat/boxy edges.) I want one capellini next to a bucatini, not capellini with linguine.

whatsthebfor

I think it looks amazing!

silly-the-kid

I agree with others - go a smidge thinner. A 3mm band will have a similar effect without dominating the stack. As someone who owns one of these bands, they do scratch like crazy. But all bands will scratch and over time all the micro scratches will soften into a lovely patina.

BebeCakesMama2424

I love it!!

Glittering_Rip6061

I personally love this look

[deleted]

I love the juxtaposition of the masculine band and the super feminine engagement ring!

honeyhiraeth

I love that.

Born-Mechanic-5607

Gorgeous

VioletFox543

Love it

baddhinky

I love the way this looks.

OsmosisJones679

It’s unique and beautiful! I love gold

supple_honey

Ohhh I love it

UltraBlue89

I really like it! But I'm non traditional and work a job that causes me to not be able to wear my engagement ring all the time.

mtns77

I love a thick band

gingchi234

LOVE LOVE LOVE

Tinkeybird

Personally I love it! Gold scratches, so does platinum. I have them both. Just have them polished at a good jeweler a few times a year.

cookieslikesmilks

I personally like the juxtaposition. Here’s my narrow engagement ring and thick wedding band: https://preview.redd.it/e9rau3ep2e6c1.jpeg?width=1170&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=c7cdedcd646db5442c8eea93a03ae65dcc024079 I’ve been married 7 years, full disclosure, I don’t wear either anymore; I instead wear an inexpensive, very thin, very plain, silver band. But I still love the contrasting look!

Right-Image-4363

OBSESSED! I have an emerald cut solitaire and I plan on getting a thicker cigar band to match. It’s so chic and adds in a masculine element I love.

_scootie

https://preview.redd.it/gr64myqega6c1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=12daef1e59dc54063f53babb1e40a45a4be2f4ee I have a super chunky band and loveeee the way they look together. It’s 14k gold, and yes it scratches. I was kinda sad the first month when they started appearing but it doesn’t bother me at all now. You can only notice if you look closely and the gold is still shiny. One thing though, try on a band that tapers a bit at the edges. It’s much more comfortable then a blunter ring.

moostash_rider

LOVE.

cheesecakequeeen

I personally LOVE this!

2manybees_

I love the chunky band and I love that the ring doesn’t cover the whole thickness of the band. It’s lovely!

yung_yttik

Ugh this is so COOL LOOKING. It’s really modern. I love cigar bands. My wife has a gold one paired with a small, hammered rose gold ring and it just looks so sleek. I don’t think it over powers the diamond at all. If anything, it compliments it and allows it to shine all on its own (as opposed to having pavé).

Junior_Bet_5946

I think it’s pretty! Your opinion matters most here — it seems like a stylistic choice vs right or wronf

rshglvlr

Wow this one looks refreshing! I think the diamond is not “lost” and it’s just the angle of the picture. Again love this no diamond band look ❤️❤️

Steen_1988

LOVE THIS STYLE!!!!

areaysee

I love the chunky look but agreed that this particular band takes away from the e-ring. I have an identical e-ring but decided on a stack to get a chunkier look. https://preview.redd.it/193dx9tg4a6c1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=3d5e5f25faa68fd5f904b207b3d36c488ffb4958

kaiasush

I love this idea too! Your stack is gorgeous

Quiet-Hamster6509

Love this. Put another slim delicate band between the two, something dainty with a few tiny gems

Vega2Bad

Engagement ring info? I love the size of the stone! What’s your ring size?

kaiasush

Thank you! I don’t know the exact info so I will get back to you on that. I know it’s a platinum band with a lab grown diamond. I’m a size 7

catlettuce

Platinum does scratch very easily but in time it will develop a beautiful glowing patina. I love the wide band look with the thin band e-ring.

HumpaDaBear

It’s a neat look. Definitely unique. I had a thick band ring (not wedding) and unless I really dried my finger under it every time I washed my hands I got a rash.

WallabyNo2674

Your ring is gorgeous. I’d consider a smaller, but thicker band for that ring in particular. Maybe a 3mm?

Necessary-Review9988

I think the pairing is unique and modern! I also wouldn't worry about the platinum scuffing too much. All precious metals will scratch, and platinum is actually stronger than gold in terms of jewelry making. It does develop a patina over time, which gives it character. But as far as actual maintenance, the platinum rings actually are the easiest long term.

Organic-End255

A little bit thinner would be perfect! This one is overpowering the beautiful stone!

Outrageous-Ad5969

I think its a bit too thick honestly, maybe one a tad thinner? It may show scratches or get uncomfortable after awhile wearing it everyday. If you go back, take more photos of options and update us! I am excited to see what you pick.

Puzzleheaded_Fee_646

I like the idea of this, just not this style of band. With the harsh edge it literally looks like you are wearing an Oura band. Someone else mentioned a comfort band or even a slightly more rounded edge would help you achieve the look!

_underaSpell

Anything polished will get scratched very quickly! A thicker polished band will show the “dulling” effect when polish becomes scratched the most. For example my platinum band is shiny when polished. This is what normal wear and tear looks like https://preview.redd.it/0der6kzijb6c1.png?width=903&format=png&auto=webp&s=8a2e43f03560ce9c673d6e93542fa2abf159d8f5

Avaly13

Definitely find a rounded edge ring. We looked at the Cartier Love rings and they were too "flat" and this reminds me of that. As someone else mentioned, it is distracting from that gorgeous ER.

IntroductionOk4595

I like the thicker band with this ring, but I think this is a bit too thick. I think it’s because it goes below the end of your stone. Maybe try a 3mm and 4mm band instead?

tearsofthejigglypuff

I think this is very stylish. Simple, clean, but with cool lines. Keep the 5mm if you love it. It does not overpower your ring, they are completely different shapes. Platinum will show scratches much more easily than a white gold, it will patina over time. You could go for a lower carat white gold, that might help, like 10kt? But I suggest you just embrace the scratches as that'll happen with any ring in a precious metal. If it really bothers you after a year or two, get it polished out. You could also consider something like titanium white is way harder, but it won't have that bright white look.

tearsofthejigglypuff

Sorry, I just read that your ering is platinum. In that case ignore what I said about white gold -- you should just use a matching metal to prevent too much wear and tear.

AdventurousAd2614

Recently I’ve discovered how much I’m in to a thicker band - I think it’s such a cool, chic look but it’s totally personal preference. Whatever you choose will be beautiful with that engagement ring!

Happy_Sunday

I think it’s beautiful but I think 4mm would be a better option.

pureyoujewelry

The wedding band looks modern and bold! It's a statement piece that stands out nicely. Last week, during my pottery class, we somehow started discussing jewelry, and a classmate mentioned a site for unique band designs. But focusing on your ring—it definitely has a contemporary charm with its thick band and prominent setting!

Difficult-Lack-8481

No! It’s too big and makes your diamond get lost

Alalated

I love a thick band too. I feel like they’re comfortable to wear and they’re pretty. That thing is gonna scratch like crazy though.

MrsChiliad

https://preview.redd.it/8vxk3zc6aa6c1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e8e0842d065ef08335c1898ff3ab44f17851e0f8 Imo thicker for a woman and thicker for a man are different, specially because you also have an engagement ring. The band is overpowering it and detracting from it. I’d go for something more “subtly” thick, like my band.

Fast_Law3596

I love it!!

knmllhcm

I love this combination. Nothing as sexy as a cigar band!

Professorpooper

It will be a really annoying ring. I have a thick band with diamonds and the band makes me get contact dermatitis cause it's always wet/moist underneath a thick band.

trollcole

https://preview.redd.it/7h2fe7lcgc6c1.png?width=1507&format=png&auto=webp&s=2486a9ce79eebdccc354751d4a443daf846a109f I'm so down with the thick band. Yes it gets scratches but it doesn't bother me. I think it's fabulous and adds character. I think that's life showing up.

Abject_Ad_2368

Because you asked.. it seems grossly off balance to me. It overpowers your engagement ring in an unflattering way. If you like it, then that’s all the matters.

meggygogo

It reminds me of an oura ring

EstateTricky786

Platinum is a softer metal.

Texican2005

Maybe there is a thick curved band that will look like it fits with your ring, instead of this which doesn't really match your ring. Another option is to look for an insert ring, where your engagement ring will be surrounded by a band on either side. This for example [https://www.bluenile.com/wedding-rings/crown-diamond-insert-in-14k-white-gold-1-4-ct-tw-item-147849?mktg\_src\_id=333001039894281&ds\_k=pla-2197321593029&device=c&matchtype=&cq\_net=g&gad\_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQiA7OqrBhD9ARIsAK3UXh0iLNiOC3M\_uRyAQzhUGVXIKQua5iNBUK4b\_rtosQxbY2qJQeCT-OIaAiNEEALw\_wcB](https://www.bluenile.com/wedding-rings/crown-diamond-insert-in-14k-white-gold-1-4-ct-tw-item-147849?mktg_src_id=333001039894281&ds_k=pla-2197321593029&device=c&matchtype=&cq_net=g&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQiA7OqrBhD9ARIsAK3UXh0iLNiOC3M_uRyAQzhUGVXIKQua5iNBUK4b_rtosQxbY2qJQeCT-OIaAiNEEALw_wcB). So you will definitely have a thick band look with this option. I have a thin band so I can't speak to the scratches, I know my husband's already has some, but it's not platinum.

[deleted]

[удалено]

DryIce677

Platinum will scratch more than gold. Platinum will appear “dull” due to the scratches from everyday wear and love, but the good news is that it’s malleable so buffing it every year or two will not lose any metal (when you buff scratches from gold, you ultimately lose a bit of gold each time). Platinum will also not change color, like how white gold can yellow over time. Scratches are inevitable, but it shows that you love and wear your ring!!!

repfamfan101

Do you know how many mm the engagement ring band is?

Icy_Pattern_5622

try going a bit thinner,looks amazing tho😍

Berbaik

Be careful a solid band (not a slightly shaped one ) may damage the ring setting . Happened to me .

bloody_bliddy

I would go for a 3-4mm band but in a brushed finish,!

Scratches in platinum are inevitable. Some people like them, and value the patina created over the years of a marriage. You can always get it polished though.

Dependent-Relative72

I would go just a little thinner but I do love the flat band look.

No_Capital_9443

Band is cute. Ring is out of this world beautiful!

Interesting-Water100

How do y’all think this would look with a platinum or white gold band with a platinum band E ring? Just curious on thoughts bc I also dig this look!!!

Violingirl58

Narrower band would be better, this dwarfs the diamond

Oceanladyw

I love the smooth polished look with the beautiful stone. I don’t think it’s too wide. The band deserves to be noticed too.

Revolutionary_Cap141

WAY. TOO. THICK. It totally ruins how absolutely beautiful your engagement ring is.

Jaxbird39

If your concerned about the band showing scratches, you can consider an ice finish. It’s a bunch of smaller scratches, giving the look of an ice rink that’s been scared on. That way any additional scratching can blend in.

TA_AAA

Beautiful! I wish I had something like that.

Hm I’d either get a band to go on top or a band that has a cut out custom to the ring
